When we arrived to the house we couldn't get in. We tried to call the property manager and was quickly sent to voicemail. She responded only through txt but we did end up finally getting in. Rooms were really nice, outdoors very nice. The 2nd night the bathrooms started to have a sewage smell. We had a total of 10 adults staying but there was not enough toilet paper and we couldn't find anymore. Some of the beds didn't have pillow cases. The house is located close to restaurants and a grocery store but the house is off of a dirt road in a bit of an interesting area. We txd the property manager and asked if we could stay until 3pm as check out was at 11am but the property manager never responded to us. Overall rating of 3 based on the issues we had.

Loved the house and everything about it.
The house needs to be deep cleaned, floors were not mopped, only swept. Bathroom mirrors still had splatters on them from the previous guests.
When checking in at 4pm, the cleaning people were still there...

We had a lovely time celebrating our friends 50th Birthday party by the pool! Also enjoyed shopping and dining nearby.

The house was awesome! It’s set up for you to really enjoy your stay! The backyard is big and amazing to just relax all day and enjoy the pool & bbq. The house is set up well with nice decor. Only negative I could say is it could definitely use some extra cleaning and a little maintenance.

We loved the house. The 6 of us were all very comfortable. The house was very clean, the garden a bit less, we could see that there must have been a big group before us, trash in pool and containers outside were overloaded
But all this was quickly solved after contact with the owner. The dishwasher was also not correctly working, but i guess this will be solved too. Two times we had no water, but this seemed to be out of control of the owner. Beside these hiccups we enjoyed our stay in this beautifull house in a great location!

We arrived at the property at the appointed time to find that it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests - beds were unchanged, dishes unwashed, floors unswept. After complaining to the owner, a cleaning team eventually arrived and spent 3 hours cleaning the house. The owner promised to refund our cleaning fee immediately, but this has not happened, despite a reminder.
The pool hadn't been cleaned either and despite asking at the time of booking, and messaging the owner twice in the week before our arrival, had not been heated. The pool guy came the following day, cleaned the pool and turned the heater on; although even after being heated the water was not what I would call warm for a 3 and 6 year old to play in.
The house itself was pleasant...plenty of space, big TV in the living room, comfortable beds, big garden although unfortunately the weather wasn't really suitable for spending a lot of time in it.
On the day we left all the water in the house went off 45 minutes before our check out time meaning we couldn't finish getting showered, couldn't flush the toilets and couldn't run the dishwasher. I advised the owner but received no response at all.
Finally, the property is located on an unmade road...only a short distance from the paved road but not good for the tyres of your car.

Everything was great, house is on great shape and well taken care of, only thing i did not like was not as clean as i would expect. I found someone else hair in the bathroom drawers, shower and flower.

The only challenges were there were no paper towels or any type of towels for the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool area and yard was very nice. Plenty of room in the house to relax and watch tv, play pool and hang out. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to shopping, freeway and restaurants.

Communicate with the property manager was exhausting. I would have to send her 2 messages before she would reply. I had asked if there was a grill on the property as I didn't see one in the pictures. She said there wasn't one, when we got to the property there were two charcoal grills. There are NO kitchen towels or dish rags to clean up the kitchen. The property says you can have up to 12 people but the property only provides 6 towels in the bathroom. One toilet paper per bathroom. The hallway bathroom doesn't lock. You lock the door but push or pull the door and it opens with any issues. The masterbath room door doesn't close either, it is too big for the door frame as well as the master bedroom door. You can force the door shut but will struggle to open the door. The sliding glass door to the back yard doesn't lock either. We had to leave it unlock and prayed no one would try and come in. The house itself is nice but right in front of the house across the street it looks like a landfill. We had problems with our rideshares not getting to us cause the house sits on a dirt road.
I emailed Ashley the 2nd day we were there in the morning to let her know about ants in the backyard and to tell her we didn't have paper towels, toilet paper nor kitchen towels. She did respond right away saying she would stop by early afternoon. She never stopped nor did she say she wasn't going to come by anymore but we did get two huge boxes delivered around 6pm with toilet paper and paper towels. Our checkout was at 11 the next day. We had already went to the store to buy the things we needed for the property that weren't there.

We stayed here while attending Furniture Market. It was a great place to come back to & relax! Great mattresses, great kitchen & great amenities like the pool, poker table, pool table & air conditioning. Would stay here again!

The place has clean lines, lots of space, cute details like a great makeup mirror, a game nook, and beach towels. Loved this place, close to shopping in a quiet neighborhood, but minutes from The Strip.
