This house was great for our big family. There were five big bedrooms, a fenced in yard and plenty of parking. Large couches could seat us all. Very clean. Nice and roomy.

This was a convenient place for a group of 9 to get together for a long weekend. We would stay here again.

Our stay with family and friends was such a great experience. Everything in the listing was as expected and the communication great. The check-in process and check-out process was easy and clear. There were grocery stores and restaurants close by to enhance the experience. We would absolutely recommend staying at this property. Thanks

I was in a wedding in Nashville & needed to be close.Communication:poor/unprofessional.I requested an early check in months prior when I booked the location.I was led in circles then told No since the house was rented out for the day prior (Check ins at 4 check outs at 10) I had booked/paid in full months before this person did..They then led me on to believe that It would be possible.My group was about 10 people from all over.When I arrived in Nashville I asked about the early check in again,they told me that the cleaners were still cleaning,then they claimed they could not get in touch with the cleaners,then 2pm,then 4pm..(8 cleaners took 6 hours to clean the house)We arrived at 4pm.The dishwasher was full of DIRTY dishes.The rooms were not as described,beds were missing/moved around.The bathrooms were not stocked..There were no paper towels,no sponge to wash dishes,no dish soap.no hot water.The fireplace is just for decoration,the garage is not accessible.They have a notice stating that if you don't strip all sheets from beds(11beds),wash the dishes, pick up & take out the trash,gather all bath towels, empty the fridge,we would be subject to a fine..What is the high cleaning fee for?(I was laughed at by the host via text when I asked for a partial refund)No late check out.I had to stay longer to complete those tasks,was rushed and told to get out and hurry up by the cleaners after they pulled up in two cars behind us at 10:05! Also, FLEAS found on a majority of guest.

held our family vacation here. The house was plenty roomy and everything was clean and well maintained, (except for the stairway carpet. Very stained) Very nice house for what we needed.

Everyone enjoyed being together in this beautiful home, that accommodated us all! Many blessed memories made! The only recommendation would be: baby gates at top & bottom of stairs. Thank you for sharing your home with us! God bless!

This is a beautiful property that allowed for 10 ladies to have a wonderful time. The host was gracious and allowed us to arrive early and also stay an extra couple of hours on day of departure. We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and ability to be in the big group and yet still have space for privacy.

We were extremely satisfied with the home. Very spacious for my guests and clean. Plenty of games provided for my 6 year old son to keep busy. Communication between Jonny, the team, and I was excellent. They even accommodated a later check out time. Would definitely recommend!

Great Get-Away
We stayed in the house for a family reunion. It worked great! Lots of room, really enjoyed the deck/outside space. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is far enough away to enjoy the quiet, but close enough to enjoy the city as well.

Amazing home!
We were in Nashville for a softball tournament. It was a great location being close to the fields, shopping/dining and downtown Nashville. The home provided everything we needed. Communication with the property manager/owner was easy. The deck and its views were beautiful!

The property was beautiful and nice however I would not rent it again because of the poor communication we experienced with the property manager. 3 days before check in we reached out to ask about a late checkout (that was the directions included in the check in instructions). We had 4 seniors who were part of our group who may have needed the extra time. Still have not heard back so we just checked out at the normal time. The stove didn’t work, there was a loud sound coming from behind the locked door in the laundry room. The door knob fell off one of the bedroom doors. We reached out to the PM and still nothing. Despite how beautiful it was the lack of communication killed the beauty

Spacious house!
The house was very spacious and just as shown in pictures. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked to cook family meals, and decorated beautifully throughout. The pac man game and foosball table were a big hit for the teens. We had a great time!
The only minor detail that needs attention is an ill hanging soap/shampoo dispenser in downstairs shower. Very minor!
Would recommend this property for rental consideration!
