Gave 3 stars because I am nice and fair, my family wanted me to give them 1 star. . Pros of the house: - The inside of the house was beautiful. We loved the fact all the bedrooms had a bathroom. - The housekeeper did an amazing job making sure everything looks neat. - The hot tub was a great relation moment and highlight on our Saturday night. - The beach was just 3-5 mins away- walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved that. Even though we brought our own stuff. Cons about the house: -Firstly, lack of communication on vacasa side. I reached out to them regarding Early and late checkout- I am still waiting for their response. The FAQ section states the app will tell us if we could do Early and late check-out but it never did. -We arrived at the home at 3 pm- Got access to the locked box. The door knop was broken and won't let us push and open the door. I call vacasa and all I got was the automated message. I texted the number they provided via automation and nobody is responding. We pretty much had to force ourselves into the house by using the side door. (I Plead the 5th). -Finally, someone at Vacasa responded to my text message and stopped by to take a look at the front door just to confirm it was broken. But can't fix it because it has to do with Locksmith and no one will be available this 4th of July weekend. So we could only use the side door. • -The outside of the house could use some cleaning Spider webs and green fungi. I get it the house is not too far from the Ocean- but still, clean the outside per season. • The housekeeper did an awful job cleaning the house. • Almost all the beds had stains and hair from the previous renter. So we washed all the sheets and got clean ones. They only left 5 pods for the laundry for a family of 12 staying at the house. Some of the towels didn't smell fresh either so we had to wash them too. • The fridge was turned off so we had to wait 18 hours for our food to get cool and we didn't realize that after day 2. • The Hot-tub was too full- just one person getting in the tub, and the water was flowing over, and also too much chloride was used you could feel it on your skin immediately. • Don't even ask me about the grill. The BBQ has never been cleaned. So much leftover grease all over the grill. Thank God, I brought some bbq grill mats. I cleaned the grill to avoid a major fire and then added my grill mat so I could bbq on a clean surface. No view of the beach

It was perfect for our needs and plenty of space. It has room to sleep many more than it says. Only garage door code opener didn’t work and a few of the blinds need repair. 5 minute walk to beach was nice as well. Got to climb lots of stairs in this house too.

This house had plenty of bathrooms, games, tv’s, beds! It was just the right choice for our girl’s trip away but eoukd be perfect for a multi family, with mixed ages too!

We have stayed at this property several times and each time it is amazing. The suites are great and it works for multiple families and groups of people. We will continue going here yearly for our get togethers.

The house was very comfortable for our large group, which was a huge plus. The large couch and kitchen table were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the game room downstairs. But there were quite a few small annoyances about the house. First, we were forced to have a late checkin time because the cleaning crew needed more time, which caused us to totally change our dinner plans upon arrival. The next night we went to use the grill and it was out of propane, which would have been nice to know upon arrival. There were ashes left on the deck, even though the property is non smoking. The ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working properly, and there were no ice trays to fill. So overall the house was pretty good, but quite a few challenges along the way that were small things we expected to work properly.

We loved the space that the house afforded -- bedrooms and bathrooms for all of our large family. The basement game room was where we hung out in the evening after dinner. The nearby beach (very walkable) and hikes (short drive) were how we spend our days. Would definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Nice, clean and modern home perfect for a family. House is well equipped and spacious. It is also close to the beach.

We were staying with children and grandkids. There was rooms everyone. 5 1/2 baths were very useful to take showers after the beach trips. House was well stocked. Was clean and neat. Enjoyed the large dining area with seating for 12 people. Had a great time.

Very clean and comfortable modern space. We had 6 adults and 5 tweens and we had plenty of space. Every bedroom having a private bath was very convenient . Very close to the beach and just a couple of blocks off of 101. We’ll be back.

Everything was so spacious and pretty in this home. Close walk to the beach. Lots of fun things to do in the house. Only suggestion would be to remove the couch cover as it was hard to maintain.

Good location near beach and walkable main street area in town. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms which was very convenient for our group. Minor issues with shower drains not draining efficiently and stains on bedding however.

The Grey Seal is an absolute amazing find. We were a little skeptical at first because the pictures looked too good to be true, but it turned out to be even better than expected. The home was clean, access was easy and it was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. There were seven of us in our party by the house could have easily slept 10-12 people comfortably and had so much room to spread out… including an amazing basement game room that was perfect for evenings in! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and allowed for us to easily cook anything! The best part about this house? It has brand new owners that left a sweet note telling us how excited they were for us to stay with them and that they plan to make the home even better!! 10/10 would recommend this home and a trip to Lincoln City. Amazing views, easy access to the beach and a beautiful mountain hike. Couldn’t have been any better.
