Everything was wonderful except the nose from the gym, upstairs above us and the neighbors next door. Hard time sleeping and napping. Could even hear people talking

The property is very nice and the space was fantastic. Location is right on the beach and at the end of the busy Clearwater Beach section. Walking distance to everything. Staff is wonderful they truly want you to have a great vacation. We will be back for sure. Only downside pool is very small. They have an outside vendor for food and beverage. On a very hot sunny day you are not even allowed to bring water to stay hydrated. Not a good customer service approach. Remember we have spent thousands of dollars to stay here and we have our own full kitchen with drinks. Also, two days they were closed for the day. Other than that this place is perfect. Thank you for the daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect. Just down the street from everything you need yet a little away from the crowds.

We usually travel out of the country but with a little one now we chose here for our first family trip. Absolutely no regrets about the avalon, this suite, and the location. Staff was nice, room clean. View was perfect! We seen dolphins from our balcony, sunsets were spectacular. 2nd bedroom without window was perfect for our little one to sleep and us enjoy the room still. Avalon is at the far north end and we loved it. Very quiet, massive beach with minimal people compared to near the pier. Rooftop pool was perfect for a relaxing day away from sand. Would recommend and stay here again

This property was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. We have 2 adults and 3 children, 8, 4, and 1 years old. The condo/room was huge, very clean, and had all of the conveniences we needed to feel at home. They have K-cups in the room (they provide the coffee, dish soap, garbage bags, laundry pods). We had 2 bedrooms, and they are spaced out in case you have any light sleepers. Our unit also had 2 bathrooms, which was nice with kids (no tub FYI). It was nice to get all of our laundry washed up before heading back home, and I was able to cook dinner one night for my picky eaters. The hotel is small, and has it's own parking spaces inside the building. You only have to walk across a parking lot to get to the beach. It's a gorgeous view from our unit. The hotel has a small pool that is heated! It was chilly during our stay, so this was huge for our kids to enjoy. There is a bar on the rooftop by the pool, which is lovely. The furniture was comfortable, and the décor of the hotel is all very modern and clean. Another bonus is the quiet (in January) road this hotel is on. You can easily walk down to the tourist district with souvenir shops, restaurants, and a gorgeous view. The aquarium is right around the corner too. We drove to Publix, which is very closeby too. We will absolutely stay here again whether we have our children with us or not. They do have Pack-N-Play cribs with clean linens. Very baby friendly location and right by the beach!

This was a wonderful experience. The communication was timely! The staff was very pleasant throughout the entire experience, from booking, questions PTA, extending our stay and while we were there! The property is very clean! Great location- walking distance to the shops, but also quiet! We will definitely be back!

My kids and I had a great time at the Avalon during Christmas break. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping, play volleyball on the beach, and relax by the pool.

Perfect location. Very clean. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Would have liked two showers; the master bath was huge and the second bathroom lacked a shower….that would have been an easy fix when designing. Staff was great though! Would stay here again

We had a wonderful time! The whole place was super clean and everyone who works there was so pleasant. The only hiccup we had was that our unit was not listed as an “obstructed view” of the gulf when I booked it. They quickly understood my disappointment as I felt a little deceived by the listing and they offered me options to help. The sunset on the 5th floor bar was incredible! Wish it was warmer so we could’ve used the pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, spotless and large rooms. On Mandalay street, walking distance to restaurants and beach is right there. Will return.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and anything you needed they were on top of it. We had a 2 Bedroom Ocean front. The second bedroom was small and placement of TV in that room was in an odd spot. I would change that. The roof top bar was amazing with sunset! We didn't use the pool much as there were no lounge chairs around it. The establishment is just off the nicer part of the main area in clearwater, but it was a short walk and made for less crowds on the beach. The beach chairs provided were awesome and towels!

Very nice, 2 bedroom apartment with a view of the Gulf. Many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Very wide balcony for relaxing after the beach. Would stay there again.

Our family loved our stay at the Avalon. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and family for over a week. The location was perfect. Everything was spotless and the views amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. It was nice having someone available 24/7 for any needs.

Even though our original room had a plumbing incident before we arrived, and we had to stay in a room without the direct ocean view, Karen at the front desk tried to make it right. Karen was very helpful our entire stay and had a great demeanor. We appreciated how clean everything was. Carrie at the rooftop bar was great too. We definitely recommend.

Wife and I along with our 15 yr old son had a great stay. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony or a 2 minute walk to the beach from the back door. Easy walk to anything or jump on the Jolly Trolly to explore north and south beach. We took the trolly to the aquarium, shopping and dinning. Food up and down the strip was really good. We usually go to Key West but think this will definitely be a place we return to.

The property was a short walk to the beach and offered chairs, umbrellas, towels, and sand toys as part of the resort fee charge. It was run more like a hotel and had a people working the front desk 24x7. All the people working there were very helpful and kind. The property is walking distance to several restaurants and bars which was nice, we really didn’t drive much at all. It also had a roof top bar and swimming pool. The only small complaint is we cooked lunch two days in the oven and could not find oven mitts, we made due with a hand towel. The suite/condo was very well taken care of and extremely clean. They had both soft and firm pillows which I was thrilled about (I hate those soft hotel pillows) and my kids proclaimed they want to come back to Avalon every year!!

Awesome property! Convenient location… very short walk to beach and restaurants. Super clean property with very helpful and friendly staff. Upgraded to 3bd suite with better view on 5th floor. Will be back.

The property was very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was simple and convenient with all of the amenities needed! We would stay here again!

Clean property just off beachfront. Short walk to beach. View of beach poor, electric lines just outside balcony. Close to Frenchies and Clearwater pier 60.

We enjoyed the beach and walking to the nearby shops. Maintenance tended to the broken pull out couch promptly. We will definitely stay there again.

Modern new hotel, terrible experience on the terrace, not even a bottle water allowed and lock by 9 PM, just stay in your room that is comfortable but the gulfs view only above the 4th floor otherwise you will see mostly roofs and electric cables

Everything was perfect ! The condo was beautiful and clean… perfect location in North Clearwater . Staff was accommodating and beyond friendly!

Perfect location, as far as beach access and restaurants. Clean and spacious suites. Everyone was friendly and had a smile for you. Would def stay again.

Just a great place for a get-away! The rooms were immaculate and the staff friendly and helpful. Full kitchen! Steps from the beach, towels, chairs, Umbrellas, sand toys, and floats are available for guests. Covered parking garage! We enjoyed a drink at sunset at the sky bar while the kids swam in the pool. What’s not to like?
