The level entry and first floor master made it possible for us to share this vacation with friends who had mobility issues. As a designer, I enjoyed the exceptional interior with lovely throws, upholstery fabrics, rugs and artwork. Fully furnished kitchen and grill area was appreciated. The location was conveniently close to the border and stores. Wonderful place!

We had a beautiful stay! House is well appointed and comfortable. Property owners are easy to communicate with. Beach is beautiful and the house is close to many local attractions. We would stay again if ever back in the area.

This property is comfortable and just as shown in photos. The beach is wonderful. The house and decor are spacious and beautiful. It’s very easy to communicate with the house manager and they are helpful. The outside is perfect. The view is amazing. We had a fire our last night on the beach and it was enjoyed by all! Perfect proximity to Niagra Falls and any shopping or sight seeing.

We loved the house/decor and found the kitchen well stocked. The Beach was beautiful and the trails around the property were perfect for daily walks. It was close to Crystal Beach restaurants and shopping in Ridgeway. Perfect end of summer family getaway!

Pros:
- although the house has a weird layout , it’s quite big and can accommodate a big group easily
- short drive from Toronto
- beach is right in your backyard
- close to a lot of stores so it’s easy to grab stuff if needed
Cons:
- the place was not very clean and the bathrooms have mold
- our first day check in , there was a giant needle in one of the pillows on the bedrooms that hurt my daughter and was reported to property management immediately and their response was just that it’s bizarre
- the beach was full of smelly murky seaweed
- the lake waters was full of rocks /boulders
- the sand was full of sharp clam shells and I wish listing mentioned that so we could’ve brought water shoes instead of getting cut on our feet
- the pots and pans and knives could be better in order to be able to cook decent meals

The setting was clean and quaint. It’s not til you enter the house the real charm hits you. It’s very spacious and professionally decorated, clean and comfortable. As you make your way out towards the lake the idyllic setting reveals itself. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms with Great Lake views and a third in the back of the house are all clean and new. If you are looking for a beautiful beach house this is it.

If I could give a 10 rating I would. The process from start to finish was smooth and communucation and responsiveness was instantaneous. The house itself was amazing and perfect for a mixed group of adults and teens with lots of lounge areas inside and out. A top notch stay with all of the trimmings provided. The cleanliness was excellent, especially with regards to the linens. The beds, couches, and furniture was very high end and unique, including down duvets, over sized down pillows and high end art on the walls. We had a fire in the sand and took lengthy walks along the exclusive and private beach. Although we didn't stray from the grounds, there is a Walmart, Starbucks, pizza options, and bakery at your finger tips. I can't say enough great things about this place and service. Everyone that attended wanted to stay longer and were bummed about having to leave so soon! The pictures don't do this place enough justice. We can't wait to book again, and are already looking at the calendar to figure out timing on when to book again.

The cottage was perfect. There wasn't a room in the house that wasn't decorated to feel warm and welcoming. The well equipped kitchen was very spacious and our family enjoyed dining and playing games at the very large dining room table. At this time of year the weather was surprising as we arrived in winter and left in the spring. The view was just incredible.

My family enjoyed this home right off lake Erie. We visited for a chance to see snow and there was plenty to go around. We will definitely return and enjoy another vacation.

We had a wonderful American Thanksgiving in Fort Erie at this awesome beach house. It was great in November - we'd love to see what it's like in the summer!

All went well and good communication. Main floor bathroom could use a vanity mirror and entrance a location to hang sweaters/coats. The property and home is beautiful.

My husband, myself and visiting friends from Alberta had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. We loved everything about it. The comfy furniture, big kitchen with all the amenities, big dining room table for meals and playing cards and a great location. The beach and sunsets were breathtaking. We didnt want to leave! We loved our week here! We walked along the lakeshore & beach every day, enjoyed the porch, living room and den with beautiful lake views and took advantage of the peaceful setting to recharge. The house is updated beautifully and we found everything to be exactly as described and pictured. Couldn’t have been an easier check-in/check-out, and communication was seamless. We’ll definitely return!

This is a really cute beach house in a nice location along the lake with a private beach.
The owners have done a great job of updating/modernizing the place, resulting in what you might call a "modern beach" look that for us looked great. There was lots of space for our family, with multiple spots to either relax quietly or gather as a group.
Unfortunately, an unusual late March cold snap kept us indoors and unable to enjoy the beach at all. However, the heat worked well and kept us cozy inside, with great views of the icy lake from the comfy furniture. In summer, we expect having that direct beach access would be wonderful as well.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet -- at least when we were there -- and there's easy access to Waverly Beach Park and Fort Erie itself. The Peace Bridge is just minutes away, making it easy to get across the border, and Niagra Falls is within a 30 minute drive.
FYI, the management company was easy to work with and very responsive. They had some very specific rules on property usage -- many of them coming from the town of Fort Erie -- but they were clear, reasonable, and understandable.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back again sometime.

Grande et bien placée mais….
Belle propriété avec beaucoup d’espace intérieur et joliment meublée. Très belle vue mais un peu difficile d’accéder à la plage à cause du manque de vrais escaliers. Déçus par les espaces de rangement pour les vêtements, non terminés, rien pour suspendre dans les 3 chambres à l’étage ! En bas, la porte de chambre principale mal choisie est coulissante, branlante et difficile à ouvrir. Pas d’intimité et pas de Clim non plus dans celle-ci. Plusieurs points à améliorer, sinon agréable maison
