The property was very clean. The three bathrooms and four bedrooms were perfect for our needs. I just have two recommendations for the owners. The chairs around the table need to be seen to. Most of them were kind of bent and a screw fell out of one of them as I was sitting on it. Second, a lot of the places listed on the chalkboard are no longer in business. Those are minor things. All in all, I give it 5 stars, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Asbury. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of parking. Only concern was that there were no locks on the interior doors.

We are from Bowling Green and brought our friends from AZ to the Bourbon Trail. This home has been beautifully decorated mixing old with new. Perfect place for friends to gather and hang out and play games!! Cute quiet town. There was a band playing downtown. We also had great choices for food in Nicholasville that is a 15 min drive. Would definitely stay when coming back!!

The only thing missing from the house were towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms. Otherwise, the home was one of the nicest and cleanest we have stayed in. Thank you

Beautiful and clean. Easy access and quiet location. (No light blocking window treatments in case the glow of street lamps disturbs one’s sleep.) Otherwise it was the perfect accommodation for having space to rest in between family gatherings in the area. Hope to return again!

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral so we didn’t get to enjoy the sights. The Asbury campus was beautiful. The location was quiet and safe also being across the street from the police station. The beds were very comfortable and everything you could possibly need was provided. It was an excellent place to stay with a large party. We also had 4 cars as people came from multiple states. The parking was great with a very large area. I would highly recommend staying here.

The unit is not a house (separate) as listed, it is a unit within a larger house. Two apartments below, one on top. The unit sleeps 9 but only has enough silverware for 6. We had to hand wash utensils after each meal so we would have enough. There is no place to hang up wet/damp towels/wash cloths. There are no coasters for drinks-I guess you don't care about your furniture. There was no dish cloth for the kitchen or towel. We had to use a wash cloth. The nice barn door for the bathroom slides open if not careful. It would be nice to have a dresser or night stand w drawer in the first BR off the LR. Otherwise, very clean, space is nice, comfortable furniture.

Clean, modern, easy to find, ample parking, nice hang out areas both indoor and outdoor, well stocked home. Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean. Appreciated the attention to detail- hand soap, games, towels, detergent, etc. Would highly recommended this property. Definitely would stay here again!

It was just as appeared on the website. Excellent design for our group of 5 Keeneland fans and a very well behaved dog. Alison promptly delivered the charcoal grill when requested (was stored in the lower level) and even provided the charcoal.

The house worked very well for us. The house is attractive and very functional for the way we travel. Multiple bathrooms and large TV area were a big plus. Would recommend house to all.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental house. It was my first time trying VRBO. We are used to staying in a hotel. Instead having a whole house to ourselves on vacation was awesome! Highly recommend!

The house was very ample for size three couples. The only issue pretty much was that one shower was out of commission and that's one thing we look for when traveling with our group so each couple has their own bathroom. Otherwise the house was pretty well equipped and very nicely decorated and clean. Has good proximity to the bourbon trail and other area attractions. Would stay here again.

It was a lovely home. It was beautifully decorated It would of been nice to have an information binder. The chalkboard was cute but didn’t have all needed information. I would of liked a text or email about one of the showers not working. We would stay again.

Very clean, tastefully updated rental. The only negative was the fact that one of the showers was out of commission and couples had to share. Beautiful area in the fall.

Sister trip
We loved the area and the house. It was clean and there was plenty of room and was close to all the attractions we wanted to take in. The only negative was that I didn't hear from the property owener after texting, calling and messaging for check in procedures. We finally heard how to check in when we were on our way. After that communication was fine. Would definitely recommend this property.

What a great surprise to walk in to such a clean, cosy and exceptionally decorated apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked and only a five-ten minute walk to a grocery store and restaurants. Easily accessible to Lexington and the Bourbon Trail. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Nicely appointed house convenient to Asbury Theological Seminary
This home was a lovely place to gather with friends (all attending a conference at the seminary). The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the living room was just right for late night visiting. The kitchen, also, was well-appointed and spacious. Alison was very responsive and gracious. I will definitely book this house again for future conference needs (if my friends don't snatch it first!)! Oh, and the basketball court was an unanticipated added perk. I happened to have my ball in the car, so I was able to shoot some hoops the morning before we checked out. Score!

We spent a lively spring break at the property. It was very comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. We expected another family member so we did not use all the bedrooms but there is ample space for a crowd! It is quiet inside though the street might usually be fairly busy. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked with coffee and spices. Plenty of towels for all the bathrooms. Easy check-in and check-out.

We stayed in Wilmore for our yearly trip to visit family in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The house was conveniently located to Lexington, about 20 minutes or so- perfect for lunch and dinner.
Check-in was very easy, and the area was quiet. We appreciated the chalk board of recommendations for local places to eat and go.
We stayed there with our 15 month old, and it was toddler-proof, not too much for her to get into, or breakables to put up.

My family really enjoyed it. Master bed is very comfy and the place is very stylish and up to date. Plenty of room and bathrooms for the kids. Wilmore is quiet and homey, but plenty close to Lexington and all the other Bluegrass Area attractions we wanted to see. If you like a dark room you might bring a sleeping mask, but everything was so comfy that my wife and I slept better than at home.
