My stay in Lake Wales was great from beginning to end! The apartment is well taken care of and very homey. At the end of a long day, it was a relief to come home to the apartment. Greg was a great host and very responsive. Definitely would book again!

In summary, my three-week stay in this VRBO property in what appeared to be a run down property when pulling into the Lake Wales Country Club, this rental offered a peaceful haven after long workdays, The tranquil cul-de-sac location, the owner’s generosity, and the comfort of the furnishings and beds were definite highlights. The condo was well taken care of considering the appearance when first pulling into this location. While bending down to pick up something I dropped on the rug by the sofa, I discovered a hidden world of forgotten items beneath the sofa. It was a clear oversight and a clear indication that the cleaning crew had missed the mark. When I moved the Ottoman, I uncovered even more items that had escaped the cleaning crew’s scrutiny. I was met with a collection of silverware that still bore traces of food. The pans had to be cleaned as well. This was a noticeable oversight, especially given the otherwise commendable level of comfort and furnishing in the condo, which were quite nice. With a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning crew, this VRBO property has the potential to offer an even more exceptional guest star rating of all 5 stars. Knowing this kind owner now, he will probably be making this cleaning crew check under every bed and sofa and polish the silverware and pots and pans. Thank you Gregory!

Long trip for our family this place was just the right amount of space.

Unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked.

Great location in LWCC and excellent communication with Greg. Three things to turn this into 5 stars are: 1. Clean the carpets, 2. Improve TV and content, 3. Better setup for adults in 2nd bedroom. Would we rent again? Absolutely!
