Upon checkin, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall layout. However, the temperature was 58 and the boiler was not working. A tech visited the first day and was not able to resolve the situation. We had to manually restart the boiler 2-3 times per day and most frustrating 4-5am in the morning hours. The PM let us know the owner was already aware of this problem before our arrival and we were never informed. Secondly, the house is advertised to have strong WIFI for ease of working remotely and this is NOT true. Our guest, who expected to work remotely for a big part of her stay, had to rely 100% on her hot spot which was a challenge with her data plan. Unexpected time off and challenges at work there after since she had to take unplanned time off. The WIFI is so weak the TV apps would not stream. All troubleshooting suggestions were followed. Third, the bedrooms do not have proper shades and/or blinds for privacy. There are homes in the surrounding area with clear view and the property itself has cameras outside which face the bedrooms. This was extremely uncomfortable for all our guest. When reading through previous guest comments, a similar complaint was made regarding the shades/blinds and the response was clear in saying this would be rectified with the owner. It was extremely disappointing to know the privacy issue was not resolved. House has great potential but we were extremely disappointed in how this impacted our overall stay.

House was perfect for my group of friends & our furry friends. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed!

Property was in very good repair and easily accessible . Would recommend it to all. Minor issues with second floor bathroom.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the area. The two beds were very comfortable. According to the kids the bunkbeds were as well. We enjoyed the back deck as well as the fire pit. It was a bit disconcerting with no shades or blinds on the windows especially off the master bedroom. The downstairs (basement) is a huge plus with the ping pong table and tv. We had to buy our own ice and water as the ice/water machine in fridge was not working. Also the master bath outlet did not work. Overall our stay was great and would recommend

House was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Minor issues were resolved quickly by local staff fixing gas fireplace and thermostat set backs. Family had plenty of room. We definitely recommend and will be back

Great location with view of Okemo

House is very clean and has plenty of space. Comfortable beds and beautiful view of the mountain. A few minor negatives are the lack of blinds on the windows (especially in the bedrooms) and modest amount of furniture in the living room. Also an issue with the quality and amount of bath towels - house sleeps 8 but we were left with 6 very small, thin bath towels. These are provided by the management company so not the fault of the owner. Other than that it is a good house for a family to spread out and enjoy a ski trip to Okemo.

Immaculate, clean, very well maintained and updated. Beautiful views and very spacious. Parking in the garage was a plus! Nice driveway and road for walking the puppy!
