I liked the location, staff behavior, and accessibility to places. However it is not the best option in Trivandrum, it is a passable property if you are traveling to see the place for the first time.
The place had no wifi, and no in-house restaurant which is weird considering the place is in an office-like building. The looks of the place can be a little shady so avoid it if you are looking for a pleasant stay.
