That rare find in Savannah - 3 king beds in a 4 bedroom house with 3 of the bedrooms on one floor and the fourth bedroom within the main house! It was perfect for our 2 couples and 2 young children (a 3 year old and an infant.) plenty of room for visiting, plenty of beds and baths!
Parking was not an issue at all! There was plenty of free on street parking right in front of the house- so much so we didn’t even use the off street parking space provided.
The location is very convenient to Forsyth Park, an easy block and a half, as well as Local 1110 and the new bar at The Bardo.
The rental agency was a delight to work with, much better than two others in Savannah that I have worked with in the past. Clear communication, quick responses, very accommodating!!!

The place was perfect for myself and five other friends. We were doing a girls trip to Savannah and the place had everything we could ask for. It was super cozy, roomy, and had everything we needed to feel relaxed. Management was super responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay again!!

The property was perfect for 5 college friends to gather together for a weekend in Savannah. The location made everything walkable and the house was as cute as shown. Staying together in this adorable house made the perfect weekend.

This home is the Perfect Foo Foo girl's retreat. Every room was decorated over the top with class and colors and reminded us of Nanny McPhee meets Martha Stewart. We all just loved it.
Management team needs a note in the booking ON VRBO to look for a separate email from the management company on the access instructions. I kept expecting that information on VRBO or an email from VRBO and totally missed it in my spam email.

Property was perfect. Pretty decor. Great location. We walked to historic district. Bit of a walk but nice. Enjoyed our trip. The coffee maker does need to be replaced. Drains water very slowly. But no complaints otherwise. Loved our time together with daughters.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It definitely increased the value of our trip. We stayed for a Bach trip and the house was so cute and spacious. The location was also super convenient and easy to get to. The only issue we had was that a lot of the bathroom outlets didn’t work. It also had a lot of stairs inside the house but it’s Savannah, that’s how most buildings are. We would definitely come back and stay again!!

This was the perfect house for a bachelorette party. There were 8 girls. We all felt safe and had plenty of space. Communication and the checking in and out process was wonderful. Everything was only a 5-10 minute Uber ride. The decor was very cute! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

A group of us from high school planned a weekend trip to Savannah in February 2023. We were all flying in from the East Coast and Midwest. 2 days before we were leaving a huge storm was predicted, so we scrambled and planned to fly in one day earlier. We called the host and they were quick to respond that we could add an extra night to our stay. The house is beautiful and in an amazing location. The driveway parking is a bit tight, but we found street parking easy enough in the front of the house. The house accommodated all of us perfectly! It is beautifully decorated with nice furnishings and was very clean. Plenty of space. Be aware that you walk up a big flight of stairs to get to your unit. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

The perfect location for exploring Savannah with your girls! The Instagram worthy decoration and sets the perfect vibe for a long weekend with your girlfriends! Host was very accommodating. Walking distance from main area of town was great and option for quick Uber when you didn’t want to walk. Highly recommend!

What a great home! The pictures are exactly as the home looks, the beds are comfortable, and the house was immaculate. I loved being across from the park and walking distance to everything! What a great trip, HIGHLY recommend this home/apt!

The house was nice, very clean and the check in was easy. I gave this apartment a four star because of the stairs to access the apartment with no safety rails and you are expected to wash dishes and take the trash out when you check out. Plus the Wi-Fi in a few of the rooms didn’t work. If I’m paying a cleaning fee. I should be responsible for washing dishes and taking out the trash. But other than that, It was a nice place.

Several friends and I vacationed in Savannah for a weekend and loved everything about our stay here. It was comfortable, personable and spacious.
There were personal-use items for guests, such as coffee, tea, hair shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. This made the stay very easy for those of us who traveled and flew in from out of state.
The communication with the host was impeccable, though the Wifi was slower in some parts of the house and communication is conducted solely through the VRBO app and/or online browser.
Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone with a group looking for a comfortable and easy home base that is central to everything you’ll want to do and see in the beautiful city of Savannah!

The house was even better in person. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need… just add groceries and you’re set. The decor was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Really had no issues with parking, although the assigned slot was too small for my SUV. Found parking in front daily. Did get a parking ticket on day of street cleaning because we forgot. The only recommendation would be to be very aware of the steps into and in the unit. We were in shape by the time we left, but hauling everything up was an experience. Not for elderly, disabled or weak-kneed.

The property description led me to believe the bathrooms were en suite, but they were adjacent to BR, not in them except the largest.
Also, we found the lack of a railing from 1st floor to second floor and second floor to 3rd to be difficult when hauling heavy suitcases up the steps. Was a bit hazardous and a balance challenge.
The kitchen and LR were very comfortable for our evening gatherings.
Also, as we are older ladies, the rules were fine with us. But if a younger group rented it without knowledge of those rules until they had gotten there, it might have presented some challenges!

The house itself was gorgeous!! Bright colors and patterns, antique floors and doors, and beautiful tule everywhere. The place was truly incredible, and we were a perfect distance to everything. A short Uber into town, and short walk to the park, and a nice neighborhood. Couldn’t be happier, would love to rent again.

It was spacious, clean and allowed our bachelorette a great space to enjoy her time with the bridesmaids. We loved the balcony and the huge bathroom. This place comfortably slept 6 of us. It was within a quick 3 minute walk to Forsythe Park which also had a farmers market during our stay. While it was a little more of a walk down to the city market and the river, I still felt like it was reasonable. A twenty minute drive to the beach, quick walks to the bars, safe neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. I, 10/10 would stay again and definitely recommend!
