Loved our experience here. We had 12 people fit comfortably. My brother was not particular about being super close to downtown Scottsdale so we loved this location to be an uber away but felt we got a really great property for an affordable cost. Would recommend.

Our experience here was great! Any issues we had were resolved by the management promptly. The property was well-kept and very nicely done. We had a fun holiday stay and would highly recommend this property.

We paid for pool heat only to find a luke cool pool basically in swimmable we were then told we could either have a heated pool or a warm hot tub, but not both. As it was end of November this was clearly a disappointment. Additionally,in a house for 14 there was seating for 8-10 max we were told we should have “looked at the pictures” to know how much seating was available. .

Thank you! We had a wonderful stay. The house was well appointed and super clean. Anita made it super easy to check in and had prepared the home beautifully.
The backyard casita, lounge area, pool and spa was the highlight for us between conference meetings.

The outdoor area is great, it has a putting green and a very nice pool that has a casida separate from the main house which is perfect for parents or in laws. there's a tv that you can watch from the pool. the pool is very well done, it has a slide, automatic pop up cleaner jets and most importantly an automatic chlorine/bromine feeder so you don’t have to worry if the pool is sanitary. AC kept the house nice and cold during 115+ july temps. definitely will rent again when traveling to phx

Fantastic house that felt like a resort with the incredible hot tub, pool, other outdoor amenities. Positives - Super clean, lots of space, plenty of pots/pans/dishes/towels, and very responsive house manager Jen. Negatives/suggestions - More mirrors for the ladies (on doors), wastebaskets in rooms, room darkening shades, grill burner tune up, mop or wet Swiffer. Other notes - Nobody felt the road was loud, but we did feel the pool heat should be included. Arcade game was not working, but we were mostly at the pool. We would stay here again.

House was as described. Very clean! House is bare bones…not even a grain of salt in the house which is different from other VRBO homes we’ve rented. Good central location. Easy enough to get around. Overall a great house to rent!

The home is located near many shopping areas and restaurants.
This is a VERY clean home and well organized for guests.
I especially love the safety measures taken to
protect young children from getting to the pool without adult supervision.
The theater room was a hit with my teenage kids.
Were able to get caught up on the latest Netflix binges.
I would highly recommend this to other guests and will definitely schedule a future stay here.

This was the best experience I have had at any vacation rental property. From the moment I first considered the property to after I had checked out, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The owner (or management company) was VERY quick to respond to all my questions before booking. The property is beautiful. It's perfect for entertaining a group of friends (we had a boys golf weekend) or a larger group, such as a family. It has everything...pool, hot tub, game room, movie room... It was better than described. Lots of "wow factor." I travel with a very discerning group of guys. That is to say, had there been ANY deficiencies, they would have told me. I had nothing but high-fives and attaboys. Thank you for a great time.

My family of 4 stayed at the property for a week and overall, our experience was good. The kids loved the pool and the sundeck. House was spacious and clean, lots of tv's, fast wifi, good quality beds and linens and had the minimum kitchen basics for a vacation stay. Now for the bad, the house is located on a very busy street and the noise was terrible and it made sleeping very difficult. The spa was attacked daily by birds who dropped unknown items into the spa so we declined to use it. The house could use a bit of warmth such as extra blankets, soft towels, a couple of clocks, more than one dishtowel and some kleenex. If you just need a base for your vacation, it will work well.

Our family of 4 stayed at this property over a chilly winter weekend. Positives: The pool is amazing, and the house is bright, spacious and freshly renovated. All of the beds were comfortable, with better quality linens and pillows, and the furniture was also comfortable. There was a home theater with Disney+, a putting green, and a game room which kept my kids busy. Negatives: The house is situated near a busy corner. The road noise wasn’t terrible, especially inside, but light sleepers beware. The house is also kept pretty empty. This might appeal to some as it’s more of a hotel experience, but I appreciate finding things like salt and pepper, foil, tissues, a dust pan for cleaning, etc. It makes a quick stay much easier. Overall, I’d therefore recommend this house to anyone who plans to utilize it more like a hotel than a home.

This was a very nice property. The pool area was gorgeous and the house was very clean. The jacuzzi heater kept turning off and even though they were quick to send someone we could not use it the first night, first morning, or second morning. Even though we paid $295 extra for heating the pool they were not willing to give us that money back. Still I liked the property but that is not great service in my opinion.

Walking into this home after a long drive, it was evening, with lights on, music playing and a lovely clean fragrance was amazing and extremely welcoming. Clean, inviting, and comfortable, property management was very responsive to questions. Will definitely be back!

very nice house in a quiet neighborhood, pool was wonderful as were the bedrooms and movie room and game room (only downside is game room and movie room had portable A/C units versus a larger permanent one that would be better suited to cool the rooms on the hotter days)

This house was so roomy and comfortable! There were so many amenities! We enjoyed the pool and slide for hours! Then we would relax in the movie room while some of us went to the game room for a game of pool. Will for sure book again if we come back to Scottsdale!

The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, including the casita. There was plenty of space for 13 people. We spent most of our days in the pool and it was more than perfect. The slide was great for smaller kids! There are plenty of restaurants and store very close in range of the house which made it super convenient. Our group enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house. Only recommendation I would have is more dining seating on the back patio.

We also appreciated the plentiful outdoor seating spaces and lounge chairs by the pool. We were able to get to all of our food and nightlife destinations in under 20 min, and we were also about 20 min from the phoenix airport which was great! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Scottsdale.

Very clean and newly remodeled property, outdoor space was awesome with the hot tub/pool/slide...kids loved it. Would recommend the pool heat for sure! Lots of things to do, pool table, arcade, shuffle board, theatre with amazing sound and a mini-putt putt. Really close to all things Scottsdale, golf, downtown, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. would recommend and stay here again!
