The realty company was responsive and made the process seamless.The house is lovely, very clean, and well equipped.The elevator was a lifesaver for several of our health compromised family members. The only nuisance item was the storage basket in the freezer and the lower basket in the dishwasher would get off the track a few times a day.Thank you for renting to us for the holiday.

Near to perfect. 2nd floor bedroom/bathroom configuration gave 3 daughters' families own suite. 3rd floor master suite HGTV worthy. Living rm, dining rm, screened porch attractively furnished & comfortable Kitchen well equipped. Elevator great for those w/mobility issues. Parking and outdoor showers also a plus. Everyone would have liked to spend whole summer here.

We had an awesome experience staying at this home. I loved how the living spaces had enough seating for everyone so we could all gather and enjoy each other’s company. It was a short walk to the beach and a longer walk to the main drag. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is really lovely and super close to the beach. It's also about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. My only hesitation would be renting from a real estate company again.

This is a great house with a prime location! We had a group of 14 getting together to watch the Masters golf tournament and fit everyone extremely comfortably. I will recommend for other renters.

Vacationed with family from Connecticut, New York, Virginia and Florida. We had a handicapped Mother with us and the house suited all of our needs. We hope to return! Lovely home that was well equipped!

This was our 2nd year renting this house during Christmas week. The size and layout was perfect for our party size - 7 adults, 4 teens and an 8 yr old. The living/kitchen area was big enough for all of us to comfortably hang out in together. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in when we wanted. Location of the house is fantastic! Just a couple of blocks to the beach and Bethany town center. When a minor issue came up, the owner/rental company were very responsive and resolved it quickly. We would highly recommend this home!

I rented this house with my family and could not have been happier with the size, space, and amenities included in this house. The living space provided for enough room for the whole family to spend time together. The location was a quick walk to the beach and a stroll away from Candy Kitchen and downtown Bethany. We would be happy to stay at this house again in the future!

We utilized every room in the house and would recommend anyone who needs accessibility to rent this home. The location was perfectly located a block away from the beach. Beautiful home, plenty of room for the 15 of us. The 3rd floor screened porch was my favorite haunt, with a fan and comfortable seating. Everyone loved the many board games that were available. The beach was only a block and a half away, and the elevator made my knees very happy.
