This is a nice, quiet place to stay. It was perfectly clean. It’s perfect if u don’t want to be in the busy of Vail. Vail and Avon are close enough that you don’t feel like u r too far away. Try out the cute little grocery and liquor store up the street.

This condo is updated and nice for a quick stay. The property was not cleaned properly when we arrived but Vacasa offered to come back to clean it but I didn’t want to be bothered. It should have been done right the first time. The beds are fine, some pillows were tough but overall comfortable. The cable is minimal and basic so only really offered regular channels. It did have a device for Apps like Netflix. The problem is there is no outdoor areas for entertainment. When visiting the mountains you’d like to have a balcony, porch, or common area to be outside and this doesn’t have any of these. If you’re okay with that then it’s a good space to stay. Plan on walking up very steep stairs to get upstairs it the unit. Probably better for the winter months than summer. At least the weather was cooler so we could open the windows and cool down the condo with the fans provided.

The management Turnkey are VERY apologetic but couldn’t accommodate my issue. 1. I arrived earlier than check in and they wouldn’t allow an early check in which was fine but made no effort to help me with any accommodations for my skis. I literally had to drag my skis luggage to vail village to store my skis. I arrive 4 hrs earlier than check in. They send you and email before you arrive stating “ if possible “ we may have early/late checkout. Totally Not True! 2. Hot water was cold ONLY after 1 short shower. Stove doesn’t go above 350* . They did however send maintenance to turn hot water up. The place was clean. The main reason I would not stay here again is because of the non storage or just a locker. I’ve been skiing in Colo for quite sometime. I’ve never experienced any Management company who just keeps sending txt messages to Apologize. Not a good experience! I don’t usually give a bad review but the owners of this property should take care of business and make some arrangements for their guests! The place was not cheap.

We had everything we needed, cooked all of our meals in the condo. Would rent again.

Spotlessly clean. Well decorated. Soft beds. Gas fireplace puts off lots of heat. Kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware. Easy to find. Half mile to Sim’s Market is an added benefit. Excellent and quick communication with property manager. Would definitely rent again. **Helpful notes to travelers: take your own wine corkscrew or purchase one at Sim’s market—Property doesn’t provide one. Also, if driving from Denver in the winter months, definitely upgrade to 4-wheel drive just in case it snows. I didn’t, and regretted it.

8 minutes from Vail gondolas. Great location for a long ski weekend

Beautiful home. A little confusing where to park. It was awesome to have TV in the bedroom as we had 3 kids all doing remote learning. With that said the WIFI lacked. If you're a Comcast customer you can use the hot spot which worked great. There was no recycling bin which is super weird considering how good Vail usually is. If you come up in the winter, you may want to bring some salt as non is provided & you're responsible for shoveling if it snows. You'd think for as much as we paid a night that service would be included or at least in the ridiculous tacked on cleaning fees. So if you're going up for a Steadman surgery this isn't idea. The apartment was very clean and a good size for 2 people. We stayed a month and had no issues. Owners provided all the basics. The only negatives were the narrow stairs leading up to the 2nd floor unit and the low lights throughout. Those were somewhat inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The location was very nice with a lovely view. Overall a very positive experience.

A vehicle parked in front of the building appeared to have been broken into and the glass was still all over the road. There were bikes on the bike rack that clearly hadn't been touched in years. It just gave it a bit of a run down appearance. My biggest complaint is with the management company or whoever runs the show on these vacation homes. Our check out time was noon. We removed all of our property from the home and did our usual walk through to be sure nothing was left behind. We packed our cars and made sure to leave ourselves about 20 minutes to go back inside to use the bathroom before hitting the road. But the door was already locked when we tried to re-enter. I tried repeatedly to contact someone to allow us access up until our check out time so that we could use the toilet. During a pandemic nobody wants to stop and use a gas station toilet if they don't have to so we were very careful about this. I didn't receive any communication for over an hour and when I finally did they tried telling me that the doors automatically lock at check out time. I referenced all of my phone calls and text messages to show documentation that we had been locked out before check out. I received nothing helpful in return. It was not a good way to be sent off. And frankly I see no excuse.
