We enjoyed our stay. Easily accessible to everything. Didn’t have to fight to find parking. Building was secure and quiet. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Any issues the owner addressed them promptly. Would highly recommend and plan on coming back again.

We are opening offices in NC and I found the property to be located in a perfect area. The amenities were great for meetings and got a great workout at the gym. The apartment was properly stocked and very clean

There were a few codes and instructions just to get in. A little confusing at first. Ultimately, good for security reasons. The only issue is that the whole town is under construction. Housing and buildings going up everywhere. Lots of construction noise. Couldn't enjoy the balcony because of all the noise. Its a balcony worth enjoying.

Property location was GREAT! Within walking distance to quaint shops, bars, bakeries, and restaurants. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. We even took advantage of the Pilates studio in the building for an early morning workout. The neighborhood was great for dog walking and super safe. Check in was easy, parking was convenient. I will definitely use this rental again when visiting Charlotte and would recommend to others!

The place was clean and safe . We did have a bunch of things that we were not taking care of before we checked in. I do think it should be in the description that construction is going on next door and work starts at 7am. The bathroom next to bedroom had a warped door so everytime you open and close, the door would stick and make a loud noise. The apt was also very musty smell when we walked in. Had to buy some candles and open windows to try to clear it. Property manager said they would drop off spray but that never happened.

This was the perfect location for going downtown and to the PNC Pavilion. The Rhino market right outside was the best. Had breakfast there every morning before venturing out.
The beds were extremely comfortable, quiet building, easy garage parking and even had the black makeup towels.

Quiet and safe location. Pool was a bit dirty, however the inside of the apartment was as described in the pictures. Easy process to check in and out. Thank you.

Overall a great stay. The building is in an up and coming area. We enjoyed walking next door to the brewery and marketplace to eat/drink. We enjoyed getting coffee, and hanging in the commons area downstairs. The building is close to the public transit, and we took that into the downtown for a baseball game. We recommend this place for anyone looking to explore outside of the downtown area. We really enjoyed the noda area, and will be back.

Lovely location right next to a great brewery and NoDa restaurants and shops. Easy access, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers!

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo was as described. Very nice and would recommend to others. We had a small issue with the access code but it was quickly resolved. Very nice. Thank you.

Alarms from the construction site across the street went off all night. It was so disruptive that we left early. The parking garage was also very difficult to get into (tight turn). Wish someone had mentioned the construction and garage during booking - we would have opted to stay elsewhere.

This condo/apartment was really beautiful. Everything was clean and the owners thought of everything even down to the coffee and sweetness. They even gave is a dirty laundry bag to keep.
