The property was nice and very spacious. The house keeping needed a little more attention to detail. Beautiful views of the gulf! Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this property. It is very conveniently located. The beach was wonderful. The furniture is dated and the dishwasher didn't work, but the unit is very nice. We would stay here again when we are in the area.

My family had a great time and really enjoyed the private access to the Gulf beach. Great communication with owner and checkin and check out was quick and easy. Will definitely rent again.

If you're looking for family getaway place, right on the beach then this is right place to go to. Located on the beach , you're only few steps away from amazing beach and turquoise water. Spacious condo , well kept, maybe little outdated but whar cam you expect fro rental property.The most favorite part of the condo is ocean view balcony where you can read or sip your favorite cup of coffee, tea etc, while enjoying the sound of waves.

Great Property, Right on the Beach

This was a fantastic mini vacation. The property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of with a gorgeous view of the beach. The host replies quickly to messages and is very attentive. We will definetly stay here again.

This was our second stay in this condo complex. The views are outstanding. While the 3rd floor view is less obstructed, the views from this condo are also amazing, and we enjoyed sunsets and watching storms roll in. The furniture is pretty comfy. I read some complaints about the master bed, but it was fine for us. The bathrooms are beautiful, we come home and hate our own bathrooms after them! Good location, walking distance to restaurants, the souvenir shop, and the circle k for coffee. About equidistant to Stump Pass and Blind Pass, both great locations to go to the beach, and find shark teeth! We had an issue with the tv not working, and I casually mentioned to Andrew that there was no toilet paper roll holder middle thingy, and he responded within an hour or two with suggestions for the tv (which ended up working), and then sent over someone with a solution for the toilet paper roll the next day. Over and beyond communication wise and addressing concerns. We had an amazing vacation and I highly recommend this condo!

Our family and I had a nice stay. It was big enough to accommodate all of us and only steps from a private beach. There is only a small view of the ocean, but that was enough for us. We did have to go out and buy the basic essentials (except hand soap) and more toilet paper and paper towels, since only what was on the holder was provided, which I thought was odd. Also, the sliders to the balcony were very hard to operate and needed some work. Plus, the TV was not smart, and we could not watch any Netflix or anything but the standard channels. But besides that it was a very nice stay. If we would have payed more, then those issues perhaps would have been a problem, but for the price it was great.

Unit is dated. Could not control thermostat.

Really great viewed, the apartment is larger than ehat we see in the photos. Will be back soon!

Overall great experience. Need to fix the sliding glass doors so they lock securely. I really enjoyed the property.

The location of the property is excellent, Manasota provides a beautiful respectful island life feel. The condo is large, on the second floor with elevator or stair case access, featuring 3 bed 2 bath, with various balconies, two having semi-obstructed ocean views. The apartment building is about 150ft from the sand but there is a bungalow in front that keeps you from having direct beach view. Parking as mentioned is difficult for large cars, think parking between columns but also no space to back up, just be careful. Only one parking spot per unit so keep that in mind. The unit is nice, it has everything you need but a bit outdated, mainly the carpet. The kitchen is equipped for moderate use. Keep in mind you aren't provided toileteries such as body soap. Bring all you need for the bathroom, except towels which are provided both for bath and beach. Also bring your beach gear, there is about four chairs available in a storage shed, but bring your lotions and umbrella. Instacart is available in the area, highly recommend so you don't have to be taking your car in and out. Overall nothing beats walking a few steps to the beach and witnessing amazing Florida West Coast sunsets, the price is good considering what you get so I do recommend. We had a good time and if given the opportunity would be back.

Unit is dated, it could use some updates, but i guess for a short term rental is ok. Not complaining, just an observation. My only complaint for this rental is the master bedroom MATTRESS, it really was very uncomfortable as it was extremely soft, lopsided, like very old. Other than that, we loved the place and had a great time.

We only spent one night but it was just what we needed.

We were so pleased with the access this condo afforded my elderly parents. The elevator to the condo, and boardwalk to the beach made everything so accessible. We will be making this an annual event!
