It was a great property. Perfect for our stay and easy for our 9 month old to enjoy. The host was so nice and left us wine and snacks. She was very easy to communicate with and addressed any questions we had immediately.

The cottage was clean and decorated beautifully. The host was welcoming and communicated well with how to enter and information about the cottage. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

This was a great house. Even better in person than in the pictures. Really nice details by the owner to make you feel welcome and as if you were staying in a nice hotel. Would stay there again anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The place was clean, fully stocked (with much more than any other vacation rental), well-appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the many amenities, including laundry machine, dishwasher, Netflix, 8K TV, and fully equipped kitchen. The gas range made cooking a breeze, and the appliances were top-notch. The only drawback was that being in the lower unit; we could hear noise from the unit above, which was only an issue late at night and early in the morning. Implementing some ground rules for temporary tenants on keeping noise levels down after/before certain times in the day could improve the situation. Overall, it was a great rental with an excellent location and great amenities!

The lower unit rental is nicely decorated and was very clean. Close to grocery, drug store, airport. Downsides: There were several different renters above us during our 9-day stay and it was SO noisy. We could hear every step they took, each time they dropped something, moved a chair, went up and down their stairs, slammed their entryway door. Didn't get much sleep. No curtains on one of the master bedroom windows so we woke to sunlight around 5 a.m. every day. We rented the house for the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer. We were provided only 2 dish washer pods so we had to buy more. We were not provided any laundry soap; had to buy our own. My husband climbed a ladder to check the top of the dryer (stacked units) and found a plastic container w/two punctured laundry pods that had oozed soap so couldn't use. Two people for 9 days and only provided 2 toilet paper rolls; had to buy more. Check your expectations with owner before renting.

Our family all met in Boston for Christmas. This place was perfect. Modern, clean and a great, open, floor plan.
Next time that we are in Boston, we would love to stay at cottage 125 again.

Myself and the family at a great time in Boston for MCR concert. This was all made possible by the cottage in Everett. The accommodations were stunning and the owner was fantastic. I would certainly recommend this property because I would stay here again.

This place was so beautiful and well-decorated. It was very close to Boston. Only giving it 4-stars because the driveway was a little hard to see for pulling out because of the parked cars and we had a couple “close calls” . Would highly recommend otherwise!

Everything was fantastic with our stay! Parking was easy, the apartment was just as it appeared in the photos, and we had everything we needed for a memorable trip. Thank you so much to our host for the wonderful digs and the bottle of wine!

My family and I stayed at this property for a week long stay at the end of September/beginning of October. The home was very clean and cozy. If you are traveling with a baby they do offer a crib. My only “gripe” about the crib is it was like a mini crib and my 8 month old baby is a mover so he didn’t sleep well in it.
As far as the property, the location was great. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a Target about 10 minutes away so that was nice and convenient. Our commute to downtown Boston was only about 20 minutes.
Also, they have a vehicle on site that you can rent through Turo so that was nice and convenient and better than having to deal with a car rental company.
I highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I’m ever back in the Boston area.

The Cottage is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It’s a little bit far from all the major sights and we ended up needing to hire a car earlier than anticipated to get around. I would also say the property could benefit from some additional crockery bits in the kitchen and tea towels etc. The noise levels from the adjacent property were also very high due to the thin walls, but overall it was a fantastic base for exploring Boston and the surrounding areas. Child friendly and super comfy beds!

We were delighted to arrive for a 4 day stay and find this lovely accommodation was as advertised! Beautifully appointed, well supplied, excellent location, and, best if all, a very responsive hostess. We hope to book again on future visits to Boston.

Lovely House Easy Drive to City Great Neighborhood
Three generations of ladies had a wonderful time at this location. Many restaurants and conveniences within walking distance, and a short 10 ride into the city. Clean, well stocked and rooms as ad. Host was quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend.

The house was fantastic. Clean, smelled amazing, had all of the necessities plus bonus snacks and wine. The location was perfect for us, 15-20 min drive to anywhere we wanted to go or 5 mins to the T. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Simply Stunning
This place was stunning. Alex and Joanna captured every detail and made it feel like home. From the little snack bar they left to the wine to toiletries that you may have forgotten. It was a pleasure. And they even have a car that can be rented when you stay there. Super convenient. Give this place a try. You will be impressed.

Amazing house with a great ambiance
Me and my friends really loved the place. The house was very clean and well maintained. The accents of all the rooms and the furniture are well thought of. The house had a well equipped kitchen and a nice backyard. The house also had many board games to unwind to in the night. Overall, it is a great place with a great ambiance and it is perfect for anyone visiting the Boston area.
