Really enjoyed the lake view and the large window in the living room. The property also had many household items that were very useful including board games in the TV cabinet. Note that the living room couches seat 5 people.

Owners are close by and are professional, kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and the dock (and view) are everything you associate to staying at a cottage in Muskoka.

Ken was very nice and took the time to show us around the property. We stayed for two nights and wished we booked longer! We will definitely be back.

Loved our stay! Right on the lake. Simply amazing. Built and designed by ken and his son.
All details were attended to from purofief water to lovely linens. Spacious and new. Well maintained by wonderful hosts. They even brought us kindling wood and fire starters. Will definitely come back!

First time back in Muskoka after many years and this was a wonderful reintroduction. The location on the lake was huddled in a small inlet and the view from the cottage with its cathedral glass windows was inspiring! Hiking trails were close by and a great way to spend a few hours in the quiet of the forest and sereneness of the lake. The location of the cottage between Gravenhurst and Bala made it easy to get around with good food and dining options. The hosts were gracious. Will come back hopefully next year!

The spectacular views, kind and attentive hosts, made for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We loved the property and would stay here again. Very quiet and peaceful.
This was our 1st time renting a cottage and we were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were provided.
Just wish we had a canoe to use.
Found the hot water lacking as well.

My family and I had a great time at this cottage. The hosts were very nice, and live close to the location which made requests and garbage pickup very easy. They also had fire wood stocked up.
The cottage was massive and very clean.
Only recommendation would be to add a canoe or kayak to get on the water.

Clean, spacious property. Good communication, seamless check-in and check-out. Huge dock - lots of steps. We were fine, but those with mobility issues should be aware. Huge deck, too. Choice of being in the sun or the shade on both the dock and the deck. Bring your own water toys or rent from local outfitters - we did neither as it was too cold to go into the water. Would stay again.

Our family had a fantastic time. The cottage is well stocked with everything needed including toys for kids, etc. Beautiful brand new dock that is very large at the water and huge deck for lounging by the cottage. We had a great stay (including kids 2 and 4).

Winter getaway
Amazing cottage getaway over March break. This cottage is the perfect place for a family vacation. Tara met us upon our arrival and gave us the tour and tips for a great stay. The cottage was very clean and will meet all of our expectations. Tara was great providing ideas/ things to do in the area. We even cleaned off the snow and made a rink on the lake.
Overall, great cottage and is definitely a place we would return to.
