The house was big and accommodated my whole family. It was the perfect location set across from beautiful Silver Lake and close to the dunes. I highly recommend this house, you will not be disappointed. Jon is a great host and quick to respond.

Great house with a great location. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. 100% would recommend this home if you and/or your family/friends are in need of a rental. More than enough space and bedrooms to accommodate multiple people without feeling like you're on top of one another.
The only suggestion I can think to offer would be some shelves or medicine cabinet in the downstairs bathroom. However, this would not stop us from staying here again if we were in need of a rental!

Location of the house is really great. Near all attractions. Space is more than enough for us. Some cobwebs in the rooms but other than that very good place to stay at.

The wrap around porch and fenced in yard completely encloses the space making it ideal for free roaming little children or pets. Helps adults to rest easy that they cannot get to the road. Spacious. Ideal setup for a multigenerational beach get away.

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. The number of rooms/beds fit out extended family vacation . The big backyard was great for big family l. The owner was fantastic at communicating when needed. The house was very clean and the linens were provided which is a huge plus.
We will definitely be returning renters !

We had an excellent stay, was perfect campfire weather, we’re by the fire pit most of the time. Didn’t see any ants in the house

Beautiful house with lots of room for a large group inside and in the back yard, parking however with trailers for a large group going into the dune it is not quite enough at the location.
The leafs in front of the entrance door could’ve been at least raked away from the steps upon arrival, along with the dead carpenter ants that were in the rooms and bathrooms, upstairs and down stairs. Once again, over all was a good stay, rest of the house was clean and operable. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Thanks again, Tom.

We rented this home for our family and friends to stay at during our daughters wedding weekend. It was big enough to hold rehearsal dinner and easily slept 16-18. Thank you for a letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Pull out beds need better mattresses and there are safety issues with the swing set.

The pictures and description of this house are accurate. The home has all the necessities needed for a fun family vacation. The house was clean and had tons of storage space. The owner was great at communicating. The large wrap around deck was a highlight for enjoying coffees in the morning and bean bags and beers in the evening!

Plenty of room for everyone. Close to town and state park. Communication with Jon was great, very helpful, accommodating and quick to reply.
