Great property for our RMNP vacation! Great amenities and the location was fabulous for enjoying Estes Park and RMNP! Property was clean and well stocked. We were surprised by an elk walking through the yard one morning!

This beautiful cabin was designed just right to accommodate our family group-adults and children. It was clean and well supplied with supplies and with games and entertainment. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Our family of Twelve ranging from 7 & up to 70 had a wonderful time. When we were at the house the kids were happy with all the games as well as the adults. Rooms were great & comfortable for all. We loved sitting on the deck every morning & evening and you could see 6-7 turkeys in the yard. Also saw a deer close by. RMNP just a few miles away and Estes Park also a couple miles. We would love to return someday & I would recommend to anyone!

We had a family girls weekend here. There was plenty of space to spread out and comfortable sleeping for all. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The deck was a beautiful gathering place and we enjoyed the hot tub!! We also saw lots of wildlife including a bear, turkeys, deer and the biggest elk I’ve ever seen. We were there for the wine festival and were thrilled to find out that the shuttle picks up and drops off very nearby. So convenient and it’s free!! We had a fantastic stay and would like to stay there again!

We met family from Nebraska, Montana and Texas at this house and it was the perfect house and location for us. The beds were comfortable and fit the 12 of us comfortably. We were so close to downtown Estes and to Rocky Mountain National Park but had the peacefulness of being right outside of town. We would definitely go back.

No need for me to try to expand on the over one hundred 5 star reviews. They are all accurate! Our family of 7 adults and 4 children enjoyed every minute of our stay. Seeing the family of 17 turkeys grazing in the back area, or the 8 point elk walking through the area or the deer up on the hill directly behind the house were just some off the highlights for us. The house was great, the location to area activities was great, and the mountains are spectacular. Just one hint: if you are going into the National Park make sure you have all the entry reservations made before you go -- the park limits the number of vehicles each day.

We stayed with our two children and spouses along with five grandchildren. We absolutely loved the space as there was room to be together but never over crowded. The kitchen was fabulous and we used the outdoor deck the most. The proximity to downtown Estes and the Fall River Entrance for RMNP could not be better. The location was quiet and we enjoyed elk and turkey passing through the backyard almost every night. Thank you for a wonderful home to enjoy!

The pictures don’t do it justice. It has everything you could want: huge kitchen with quality appliances and supplies, enough seating for very large groups, amazing views from the deck, hot tub and fire table for chilly evenings, luxury bathrooms with spa quality towels, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a lower level game/tv room the kids never wanted to leave. We’ve stayed at other high-level vacation homes but there’s usually a couple features that could be improved or updated. I can’t think of one thing I would change. Seriously, the host has considered practically everything and gone the extra mile to make their home worth the premium price.

This was our annual family trip, we chose Estes so we could hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very close to downtown Estes Park but also far enough away to have a beautiful mountain view. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out. I can't recommend it enough, it is a fabulous house.

I stayed here with 12 adults all in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a group our size and very comfortable. Great location to many activities. Hosts were super responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had an incredible trip at this property. All the amenities you need for a great long weekend in Estes. Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone in our party was pleased with the amenities. We used the fire pit daily as well as the hot tub. The view from the deck was hard to beat. We were pleasantly surprised by elk across the road the morning of check out.

This is a wonderful home! The kitchen is well stocked, even including a blender, waffle iron, crock pot and instant pot. Everything was very clean. Our group really enjoyed playing pool, shuffleboard, and games. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed seeing wildlife on the property each day. Location is perfect for getting groceries and gong into the park. We hope we can stay again someday!

The property was magnificent! The house was the best stocked home we have ever booked. The amenities were top notch. The wildlife coming to the property was an added bonus! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! We came with family & friends for a relaxing mountain getaway, and we loved every minute. The house was really spacious, and it was perfect for watching movies, playing pool, and enjoying meals together while we stayed cozy inside. The town of Estes is really close, so picking up groceries or takeout was only a few short minutes away. The property manager was easy to reach and very prompt in getting back to us when we had a question. We will definitely come back!

This is an exceptional property equipped with everything you need. An abundance of space for family members to spread out along with gathering areas to play games and have family dinners. The views and wildlife were breathtaking.

This house is amazing. Tons of sleeping space, entertainment, views and relaxation. It is minutes away from the RMNP entrance. Tons of wild life in the area.

Very large house with all equipment we needed including high chair and toys. Deck is large and great for watching birds, marmots and we even saw a weasel. We didn’t find trails within walking distance but the park entrance is close. We would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect, a few things to mention. The garbage was never picked up out of the garage. The stove and oven were hard to figure out. We all had a wonderful stay. Are planning on coming back next year and would stay there again. Thank you so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! It was perfectly located between Estes Park and The Fall River Entrance to the park! The home had everything we needed plus lots of extras! We got to wake up every morning to Mule Deer and Elk and most of the time they returned in the evening as well. The deck was a perfect viewing place for the wildlife and fit our family of 11 very comfortably! The hot tub was very nice and relaxing after hiking in the park! I would stay here again anytime! It is the perfect home for a large family! :)
