Very nice house at a great location. We had 4 couples staying and each bedroom having a queen bed perfectly suited us. Great customer service - the owner contacted us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed.

The house is absolutely spectacular with the best location! We had 4 couples in the home, and we were all very comfortable during our stay! We loved walking in to town and the proximity to all things wine and Suttons Bay was phenomenal!
Kristen is a fantastic host and a great communicator! Her attention to detail is so appreciated and we loved all of the little touches in the house! We will absolutely be back!!

This beautiful home was spotlessly clean and spacious, had luxurious bedding and comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything! Really I could go on and on about the house and our gracious owner Kristen. Our group was my husband and I, our daughter and son in law, and our two grandsons ages 15 and 8. The location is great for exploring the Leelanau Peninsula. We visited Northport, Leland, Glen Arbor, and of course spent time in Suttons Bay! We are a family of rock hounds and found a ton of Petoskey stones. We all agreed it was the best vacation ever!

Do not hesitate to book this property. This beautiful home is in a great location to reach Traverse City, Leland, Northport and of course Suttons Bay. We had a family wedding in Northport and the house was perfect for us. This home has everything you could possibly need and Kristen was so helpful and accessible all weekend! The layout is wonderful and beautifully decorated.
I hope to come back with a group of friends for a relaxing weekend soon!!

Our stay was amazing! 10 of us girls stayed in this cute house and all slept very comfortably. The house is walking distance from so many places that are down town. Kristen was so friendly!!

Everything was perfect for my sisters 50th celebration! We walked downtown, our tc brew bus picked us up and dropped us here. The worst part of the stay was having to leave!

We rented this home for a Mothers/ Daughters weekend! It was perfect! Because we were just one block off the main strip in Sutton’s Bay, we walked to shops and dinner! The home was perfect for us to enjoy each others’ company, play games around the generous sized dining table, and rest in the comfortable beds. We had everything we needed and Kristen was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The house was perfect for our needs, which included four adult couples for a weekend getaway in November. Each bedroom was very similar, which is helpful for a group like ours, and the living room area was large and perfect for evening hangouts after busy days of visiting our favorite spots.
The owner, Kristen, was super responsive! She checked in with me multiple times before we arrived, during our stay, and after and was super helpful with recommendations and all communication.
We can't wait to stay here again someday!

Our stay was comfortable and the host was very attentive. With close proximity to downtown Suttons Bay it was quick and easy to grab a bite to eat or hit the downtown shops. What a beautiful home to spend a weekend with 9 of your Besties. The owner was able to accommodate our early check-in request, and when the code for the door did not work, she quickly responded to our call and we were able to get into the home within a couple minutes. This place is very well laid out. We were able to spread out and not feel that we were on top of each other, but it was large enough for all of us to eat and drink together. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had enough towels for our group. The location was PERFECT! One block away from the beach and town, although we ate in both nights, as the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We spent a wonderful afternoon winetasting in the area and we spent our evenings on the back patio playing games and enjoying the beautiful weather. I highly recommend this rental for your visit to Suttons Bay...you will not be disappointed.

Not only is this wonderful home in walking distance of just about everything in Sutton’s Bay, it was clean and spacious. We had 8 adults staying for 6 nights with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Suttons Bay and this home provided all amenities needed. Loved the decor and charm of the home. ♥️🏡. The location was great, just one block away from gorgeous sunrise views over the water and the quaint shopping district of Suttons Bay. Being close to the TART bike trail is a plus too! The beds and living room furniture were very comfy. It was nice to find a home with 4 queen beds and 2 & 1/2 baths for 4 adult couples. Our Host, Kristen, was very pleasant, accommodating and responsive to all requests.. 🥰

We stayed at the beautiful house with our 3 adult children, and then 2 of our friends came when one of our kids left. It was a much needed vacation and the house is gorgeous and very peaceful. The location is fantastic and you can walk to the local restaurants. Kristen was so great to deal with! Definitely going to come back!!

The overall experience at Kristen’s Suttons Bay home was WONDERFUL.
We had a family of 8, of that were 3 little ones 4 years old and younger. This home was clean, cozy chic and comfortably accommodating for our family. The location was perfect; 2 blocks from the beach and downtown.
Kristen was super thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
One of the best rentals we have had off of VRBO.

Once again our family vacation was a success! This house was simply amazing, it was located in a prime location within walking distance of the beach, shops, and the ice cream shop. Perfect week in Sutton's Bay
Kristen's home in Sutton's Bay is absolutely perfect. Great location, spotless, fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay, and 4 big bedrooms/3 bathrooms. We came for a family wedding and the house became a hub for our wedding weekend. Kristen was also a fabulous communicator and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. I hope we can come again someday. 5 stars!!
