House was great and host was very quick to respond. Perfect location to enjoy the city.

I confess I was a little nervous about booking a VRBO in a city I didn't know, but this cozy bungalow was about as perfect as it could be! We had 4 of our adult "kids" (2 of which a married couple) and other than wishing one bedroom had twin beds for our unmarried son and daughter, forced to share a room, this home was about as perfect as it could be. We took the master suite and having our own cozy sitting area just outside the room, yet connected to the kitchen area and the rest of the house provided our kids with their own space, yet completely connected with ours at the same time. The decorating was eclectic, fun, casual, sophisticated and cozy. The well chosen accessories were a treat for the eye everywhere you looked and included the best throws for hunkering down while Hurricane Ian raved outside. We were in town for a very special wedding that our son was in. His suit was a bit rumpled from his flight and the management dropped off a brand new steamer that most of us used on our somewhat wrinkled outfits! I cannot say enough about our experience. We even walked to dinner on our arrival day -- Supperland was absolutely incredible and HIGHLY recommended and about 15 minutes away. Loved seeing the homes along the street while we walked. Zada Jane for the perfect breakfast and a stop at Villani's bakery for incredible macarons and pastries for a treat are all HIGHLY recommended. We would've gone to the Giddy Goat for coffee and possible empanadas if we had another day, also highly recommended by locals. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wedding welcome party at Workman's Friend, an Irish pub complete with great Irish music some nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need including a Nespresso machine (Vertuo with plenty of pods) INSTEAD of the inferior and every present Keurig and some of the best chamomile tea I've ever had. Our first stay in Charlotte was a complete success, despite the hurricane (I have to add that the raging storm didn't sound all that bad inside this well built house) and we would absolutely choose this place again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take good care of it for us! Many thanks to the Mansion Group for your help!

This house is in a really good location relative to downtown Charlotte. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly with neighbors often jogging by or out walking their dogs. Lots of other beautiful and stately homes on the street and surrounding streets. The pictures accurately depict the interior. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Property owner has a “concierge” who communicated frequently with us before, during and after our stay to ensure that all of our needs were met. House has three bedrooms - two in the front of the home that share a bathroom and a large owners suite in the back. Two living rooms and a dining room offer plenty of space for meals and games with family and friends. We will definitely be back!
