A cute little cottage! Perfect for us parents as we had a little getaway!

This property was cute and quaint- perfect size for just one or two people. Very updated and had everything you would need for a weekend :) Very close in proximity to downtown Helena- maybe 5 minute drive!

Enjoyable and comfortable stay, neighborhood quiet and made for interesting walks. Stayed plenty warm for our mild Christmas week stay, but sooner than later entry door jam will have to be worked on/replaced for better weatherproofing during Helena's colder snaps!

Close to downtown, adorable little place! If you're taller, the shower is mighty short, but aside from this, it was clean, great price, wonderful communication.

Tucked off the main road, this little place was wonderful to stay in. The space, though small, fulfilled all the needs for my wife and I. The space is nicely furnished, and relaxing. The shared backyard gave us the opportunity to be greeted by loving and friendly dogs, which in my opinion, is more of a pro than a con. The check-in email, definitely listed the “need-to-knows” and prepared us for our stay!

We really enjoyed the property. There was a little confusion when we first arrived, because there was not a picture of the tiny house on the website from the exterior. Absolutely everything else about this day was great. The tenant's dog, Kenai, was a great neighbor!

This property was incredibly quiet for being in a neighborhood downtown. We are not used to city noises at all and have a hard time sleeping in town. This place was so quiet! And so cozy. It was clean, decorated to the nines, and in a great location! Additionally, I left something in the VRBO after we checked out. I reached out to the owner and she was so quick to respond and incredibly helpful. She even agree to mail the lost item back to me. I so appreciate her hospitality and kindness. I would absolutely stay here again. Great spot for 2!

We were very pleased with the property and it's history made it quite interesting, adding to it's quaintness.
Accessing the property was simple and straightforward. All was in order and included everything we needed.
The property was very neat, clean and fresh, making it a pleasure to arrive to after a long drive.
We enjoyed our time there, including a nice visit with the neighbor and the friendly dogs.

I live in Helena but after a weird couple weeks I needed a little getaway. The little house was perfect!! It was so cute and exactly what the name says it’s little. If I could have afforded it I would have stayed a week! I will definitely stay at this place again!

This place is clean on the surface, well stocked and in close proximity to all the locations described. However, the place is very small, ceilings are low, floor is very uneven, there is virtually no storage and the front door was so swollen, it was very difficult to pull shut. The outer door was permanently stuck open due to swelling. The plumbing was backing up so impossible to brush teeth in bathroom as sink filled up with water in short order.
Finally, I wouldn’t recommend this house for anyone with respiratory issues. I found it difficult to breathe and ultimately had an asthma attack in this place (not had asthma in over 15 years). I suspect there are moisture issues in the walls/floor as the warped floor suggests.
I had to leave after one very uncomfortable night.
I requested a refund for two nights as I left by 9AM after the first night and left the place impeccable. Today I received $150 refund for one night.

My only complaint would be the renters dog woke us in the morning. Besides that, no other complaint. The place was clean and a great little place for what we needed. I would stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed the property. The dogs were adorable, the house tenant was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

Very uncomfortable with neighborhood. Didn't feel safe. Didn't stay. Tried many times to reach host
I didn't get phone number & address until just before the stay. Rough neighborhood. It was for myself (76 yrs old w/disability - had to walk and balance) & 12 yr old granddaughter. I reached out A Lot and never got response-before check in time; and never heard back I did not and would not stay there. I want a refund.

In town for a getaway. Clean, quiet, private. Short walk to Last Chance Gulch.
The little house is well stocked.
Madison was easy to reach and responsive.
