First off my initial rental that I booked 3 months ago was cancelled due to work being done to the property. Then they give me comparable places to stay that weren't even close to what I picked. I get to our place and the towel rack is on the floor. Next day go to do laundry and washing machine is broken. I call to let you guys know about it. They tell me it was gonna be a while to get parts for it even though NO ONE even came to look at it!!!!

Very nice property with everything you need for hanging out at the beach. Close walk across the street to the beach. All basic amenities were there for staters. Convenient store 2 buildings down had just about everything you needed for basic supplies. We had a great time there.

Nice enough
Most of what I read in the other reviews was true, however it did not bother us. There weren't any pillows for the pull out couch however (aside from the throws). Not a whole lot in walking distance, but we did enjoy the easy access to the beach.

The pool stayed at 68 degrees the whole trip and the air temp was between 60-70. We left the property early and checked into a hotel so that we had a heated pool for the kids.

The property was a very nice place. We had 1 issue with the hot water, but it was taken care of the day after I called. We were very happy with that. It is a great condo and the location was perfect. Plenty I'd places to walk to and right across from the beach. The beach is nice because it wasnt very crowded at all. Definetly recommend this location .

We loved our stay! This was our first family vacation in Florida so we were a little nervous not knowing the area but it did not disappoint. The townhouse is in a great area. Easy walk to the beach. The pool was a wonderful bonus! Everything was clean and well kept. Kitchen fully equipped along with beach supplies. If I had any suggestions it would be to add some seating in the living room and at the dining table to accommodate for 6 people, along with a couple newer beach chairs. But honestly we had a blast and the house was such a wonderful place to stay! We would definitely come back and we plan to! Thank you for everything!

Nice Vacation
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Positives: The townhouse was right across the street from the beach. The property was very clean. There were several restaurants nearby. There was a tv in each bedroom, and there were plenty of channels to select from. The owners provided us with beach towels, beach chairs, and there was even a little stroller we used for our 2 year old daughter.
Negatives: The beds and pillows were very firm. My mother in law ended up sleeping on the couch the entire stay because it was a lot more comfortable than the beds.

We absolutely loved the condo, the location was great... The beds were comfortable, it was spacious. The trip did not start out well as when we got there the condo had not yet been cleaned. TurnKey did reimburse money for that. We also had a poor checkout experience in which we were locked out of our condo because we were told mixed messages about what time we could check out. Turn key did correct the problem by getting us a code to get in and they also reimbursed us more money for that problem as well. They genuinely seem to care, but it caused a lot of stress on the trip. The pool was cold, it's not heated which is a huge disadvantage. While we loved the condo, we would not return for these reasons.
