My wife and I just needed a one bedroom with the kitchen and a place for our dog and it was perfect. Very close to my families location and very easy to get to the property is very clean and the host is quick with a response if you have a question. I would certainly stay there again.

Visited my parents in Little River over the holidays and enjoyed the little house in Little River. Convenient to the waterfront and local restaurants. Clean and well-equipped. Will stay again on my next visit.

The quaint little house was a great place to stay. It was clean and stocked with all the necessary essentials for our stay. It was clean and fresh smelling. It had a pet placemat for out dogs bowls. A little touch but great to see they were welcome as well. It was in a great location to downtown Little River. Also a close trip to North Myrtle Beach. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I would stay again as well.

Premium location for Little River. Located near restaurants, golf, Casino boat and about 15 minutes away from N. Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes to Calabash. Check-in instructions were accurate. Cottage was spotless and owner gave immediate response to our question about heat. We did not cook on our trip but appliances looked fairly new and there were pots/pans-everything necessary to prepare a meal. We plan on booking in the future.

The property is in a very good location and cute as it can be. The kitchen is well stocked with every thing you need to fix a meal. Very good restaurants within walking distance. I would give the property 6 stars but that was not an option !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Dean and Debbie thought of everything! The house was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! They added special touches I haven’t had elsewhere. Coffee, sugar, creamers in the refrigerator. A box of popcorn on the microwave, body wash and laundry supplies. Nice cushions for the outside chairs. Easy instructions for the TV readily available. We loved our stay here and hope to be back soon! Thanks so much! :)

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage for our four day vacation. The home was clean, and just as we expected from the photos. We appreciated them providing some of the household essentials very much! We brought our dog along because he always travels with us, and it was so convenient having the fenced in front yard for him. It is not too far from the beach, with many restaurants nearby as well.

LOVED IT! Great location. Very close to Sunset Beach (8 miles) and Myrtle Beach (14 miles). Short 2 minute walk to restaurants and bars on the water front. The host and hostess was very kind and hospitable even before and after my arrival. Very knowledgeable about their neighborhood and outskirts. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and i felt very safe. The breeze in front yard and side porch was mesmerizing I couldn't keep my eye open. My 5 and 7 pound chihuahuas were welcoming and made comfortable. You can't go wrong by renting this VRBO. Would I rent again? YES I WOULD. Its a nice little get away cottage.

Me, my husband and our little border collie drove down from Colorado to visit family. We had never booked on VRBO so we weren’t sure what to expect. Dean’s listing is 100% accurate! This little cottage is absolutely beautiful! Located in a quiet little neighborhood within walking distance to some great restaurants located on the water. The restaurants are very pet friendly! If you don’t want to eat out, Dean has this beautiful cottage stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal on the gas grill or inside. Dean went above and beyond our expectations and responds quickly to any questions you may have. Dean thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful little gem. I would give this place way more than 5 stars if allowed! It was just perfect! I would definitely book here again! 💕

Sadly, my husband and I had to cut our trip short due to the weather. It's a great location! Walking distance to restaurants, activities and a fun Tiki Bar & Patio. Everywhere we went all the people were friendly. The Host and his wife were lovely and always available if you needed anything. I look forward to visiting again.

Great location with plenty of access to restaurants and shopping within a short walk or drive. Host (Dean) was very helpful and informative with the area. He even provided a tarp to cover up my motorcycle when it rained. Excellent experience all the way around! Will look into renting this cottage again in the future!

This was our first trip to the Carolinas and we loved it! The cottage is perfectly located one block from the little river waterfront where there are restaurants bars and so much do! Dolphin tours fishing charters jet ski rental casino boat and more. We would spend a couple of days exploring the Myrtle beach area and out on our boat then the next day we would relax and stay local. Hosts are the best! Great communication and recommendations! They go above and beyond!

My wife and I and our baby really enjoyed our stay here. The layout on the inside was perfect for us, with enough room to have family visit from time to time during our three week stay. The house is very well stocked, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the things provided. Also the new air conditioning installed was very quiet and more than adequate to keep the house comfortable.
The neighborhood is friendly, though there was a good bit of traffic on the road out front. The property owner, who lives next door, was very respectful of our privacy and very pleasant to work with when we did have questions. Overall, we were really pleased with our experience at this property.

Great location. A very short walk to restaurants on the intercoastal. Much quieter than I anticipated, very peaceful neighborhood. Loved waking my dog around the area. Nice cottage, comfortable bed, full washer & dryer, nice kitchen, cable tv, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

From check in to check out, this is a cute cottage type home. Dean was always available and responded quickly. Listing is completely accurate. My husband and I, as well as out 2, 4 legged kids, enjoyed our stayed. Fenced in front yard was just perfect to let our puppies out. Located close to a selection of stores, as well as restaurants. Will stay again, if we come to Little River area again…

My wife and I rented the cottage because I ran in the Myrtle beach marathon last weekend. The cottage was exactly as the pictures depicted and super clean. We took our fur baby Maggie and the gated area in front of the house was perfect for her to potty. FYI the backyard has something called sand spurs that will get in your pet's paws or your own feet, just use the front area for your pet and you will have no issues. The community around the cottage is very pet friendly we we're even allowed to bring out pet to dinner at Patio's and Cooper's restaurants. The bed is super comfortable, and the cottage has everything you need. After I ran the marathon, we drove down to Cherry Grove beach which was less than 10 minutes away and had a great second half to our day. Dean is a super host who we did get to meet! We would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone who wants a quiet place so close to the beach. We will be back to stay here again!

Staying here was like being in my own home, only in a better place. :-) Very comfortable and private. The location is very close to North Myrtle where we did most of our beaching, shopping and other recreation, plus we discovered new places right here in Little River and Calabash that we also enjoyed. The house is really good for dogs- no worries for our Bella. And our host was such a nice person and a good neighbor. We will miss it here.

Perfect for our anniversary getaway. Clean, comfortable, modern, furnishings. Lots of space for the two of us. Nice little deck for soaking in the Carolina sun. Walkable to waterfront restaurants. Host is very pleasant and responsive. Little River is a great location. Minutes to tons of restaurants, shopping and of course the beach in North Myrtle Beach and Calabash area, NC. A great find!

Suited our needs brilliantly. Close to where we wanted to be and nicely updated property. Had all the amenities to make our quick visit entirely enjoyable. Small front fenced yard was great for letting our restless dog out without worry. Communication with Dean was easy and he was available when we needed him. All in all, great stay.

Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Bed and bath linings are all you need as described. Neighbors are very friendly, with lots of good places to eat nearby. Calabash is not to far away either with excellent places to eat and shop. Will try to be back for our Anniversary in March, you will not be disappointed if you book this property.
