Property was a bargain and met our expectations. Was central to viewing the fall leaf changes. Very convenient to shopping with major store within 1/2 mile.

I reserved this unit for family to stay in for my daughter’s wedding..they had no issues with the rental. The instructions that were provided by the host were very thorough and helpful.

We stayed here for a wedding close by. It was near a lot of great spots! We love the lake and plan on coming back soon!

Bonnie was a great host. The condo was clean and just what we needed while in town for some lake time and a concert. The pool was an added bonus. There’s a great restaurant and a coffee shop on site, too!

My husband and I were looking for a place close to the Pavilion in Gilford. This place was 10 minutes away. It’s also very close to Weir Beach. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was closed for renovations so that was a bit of a bummer, but there is so much to do in the area, it wasn’t a major problem. There is a plaza in the condo building with restaurants and shops. So convenient! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely base and central location for our stay during a nearby family reunion.
Located on second level - stairs only/no elevator. Not an issue for us, but something to note.
Close to supermarkets which is helpful when using the kitchen. Has a balcony, which is always nice. Across the street from the lake. Just not sure if there is nearby lake access.
Owner was super and had great communication for all needs and check in was a breeze.

Very satisfied with our stay here. Much of our trip was going to be out and about and around the Laconia / Lake Winnipesaukee area. This place was a perfect spot for the two of us to regroup, rest, and relax to plan for the next day's adventures. Very well kept property and the communication with the owner was top-notch. Every question that I threw Bonnie's way was promptly addressed. We will be back again!

Everything was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The AC units were a little loud but tolerable. The pool was non existent which was a huge bummer for me. The picture of the pool online is what grabbed my attention. Over all great stay

I never booked a property before and this being my first experience was amazing for my wife and I. The amenities that were available, put us at ease for all the things we needed to prepare for the week. The property was clean and comfortable, I had no complaints about that and I most definitely will book this property again in the future!

This unit was perfect for our vacation. It had all the necessities. The kitchen was stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans and dishes. The unit was the perfect size in a perfect location. It was close to stores, sightseeing, Weir's Beach, and hiking trails. We totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!

Great location, very comfortable condo, full stocked with everything you could need. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would absolutely stay there again.

We were able to easily drive to the Sandwich Fair, and see beautiful places like Meredith and Weirs Beach.

Simple and Easy...
Bonnie was a great help and made sure we had all the info and everything we needed before we arrived! This was a very clean unit with the "basics" provided. In a great location with all of the attractions only a short drive away. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool, we will be looking to book again in the future!
