The location is great and the property was clean, with only a few minor things needing repair. We were told wash cloths would be delivered but they never were. The other part of the house is also a rental. The walls are paper thin and it was very noisy when others were staying there. Overall, the property was nice if you don't mind the noise.

Enjoyed our stay for the week! Great location and views. Lots of good restaurants and hikes super close. Only 2 out of 7 days the main house was rented out. Walls are thin but overall very easy stay.

This is our second time staying here. The location is perfect for the views, access to shopping and anything you would want to do while in Sedona. Very nice quiet residential neighborhood. Note that this isn't a true "VRBO" in that you are sharing a house with other people. There is the main house and an attached one bedroom suite that shares a wall and two doors with the main house. Our first visit, the main house was not rented out and it was very quiet. This visit, we had the first two days to ourselves, but then on the 3rd day, a large party arrived for the main house. Our first encounter with the other occupants was two very big dogs barking and jumping up on one of the adjoining doors. We thought the dogs were going to break through the door. Also several of the guests tried opening a locked door (behind the laundry area in our suite). Maybe that door needs a note on it on the main house side. We were fortunate that after 10pm the other guests did quiet down, but on the first night they were there they had a get together and since the adjoining wall is thin, we could hear everything they said.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kitchen amenities, comfortable bed and space. Waited a little bit for responses from host on inquiry I sent, but he provided good recommendations. Informed him that the reclining chairs on patio that were on listing were not present, and there was no wood for the fire pit. Otherwise everything went smoothly and unit was very comfortable.

The house was clean and bed was comfortable. .No coffee at all. No where to hang wet towels in bathroom except over the shower rod. Toilet very low . Sofa very uncomfortable in livingroom. Also a suggestion to put something on the glass of the slider as we had two people walk into it.

Lovely small apartment, large bedroom with very comfy king bed, washer and dryer, small but workable kitchen. Outside patio with grill and fire pit very nice.
Sliding screen door at entrance fell off immediately. Emailed to let them know, no reply. It remained leaning against the patio chair for the 11 nights we stayed there. Closet in bedroom smelled awful, could not hang our clothing inside the closet. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet that seemed to be the source of the locker room odor. Carpet in bedroom needs shampooing. Vacuuming needed under the couches. Discovered this while doing floor/yoga exercises… oops. Other small repairs were needed, I.e., saddle into bedroom became dislodged as screws were placed into already stripped holes.
Despite the above, location was excellent, nights full of stars, very quiet. Other guests in adjoining rooms came and went, all were considerate and nice. We would stay there again, but above all, please fumigate that closet.

The location is ideal. It's right off the main drag in a quiet neighborhood. No trouble sleeping. The views are blocked somewhat by trees. There was plenty of room. We were not able to tune into NBC for the Sunday night football without signing up for some subscription plan so we missed the game. Having the washer/dryer AND laundry soap and dryer sheets was great since we are on an extended trip. Thanks so much!

I was expecting something smaller. Lots of room, except maybe the parking spot. The spot will only fit a small vehicle, but thats ok (I had a small one) you can park on the street too, so no issue. Very nice. I spent 3 nights. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is nearby. Great sky view. I saw many things. Neighbor across the street had a carport light that came on any time a car went by (which wasnt much) but thats annoying when you are sitting outside at night. Minor distraction.

The suite is perfectly located on a quiet residential street. Some of the nearby streets are named "Panorama" and "Inspirational" and the area lives up to these names. We were able to take morning and evening walks in the neighborhood and check out the amazing views.
Very close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whole Foods Market, Safeway and other essentials are just 5 minutes away.
The only thing that *may* be an issue is the suite shares a physical wall with the main house. Luckily there was no one staying in the main house while we were there, so it was very quiet and peaceful after a long day exploring Sedona.

We loved the location as it was super convenient to everything Sedona has to offer. Connor was also very responsive and friendly! I’d definitely stay here again when visiting the area as it is perfect for 2 people.
Be forewarned that this is a shared home and this little apartment shares walls with the rest of the home and other guests.
Our neighbors were fine but I don’t think the first guy to show up was too happy we were there lol. He knocked on our entrance, asked if we lived there and seemed a little irked that we booked it…? If you are in the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, we could hear their conversations, music and little tippy taps of their dog running around but that’s it.
But overall we got lucky with neighbors as they didn’t keep us up at night and we all kind of minded our own business! Just read the description so there are no surprises like our neighbor apparently had.

Seemed a little odd staying right next to home owner, but we saw no one the whole time.
We even put the trash dumpster away after the trash ran so it wasn't on the St.
The place was nice and clean and perfect location for easy travel to places in Sadona. The kitchen had what we needed and the patio space was lovely.

Fanatastic! Everything was included for a week long stay. Perfect for 2. Bed was comfy, shower powerful enough to get off that red dirt from the hikes! Kitchen had everything we needed to assemble food.Close to the Airport Loop trail and restaurants and grocery stores.The place was well kept and very clean!

This was a great spot to rest up after exploring the mountains and desert landscapes. The property is clean and has everything you’d need to feel comfortable while visiting Sedona. We didn’t use the kitchen much (other than wine glasses 🍷) but it looked entirely adequate if you chose to make you meals at home. Would certainly stay again.

This was the perfect base for us to use to explore Sedona and the surrounding area. The portion of the home we were in had all the amenities we needed to make us feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

The bed was very comfortable, tv had all the channels, location was perfect right in the center of town. We got lucky and no one was renting the house attached so we had the property to ourselves. Absolutely loved it!

Great place, quiet neighborhood and perfect patio to enjoy great Arizona sun. Very clean and well stocked, couldn’t get fireplace to work but wasn’t a big problem. Host was great to work with and we highly recommended this place.

We visted Sedona for 4 days to do some hiking and see a few of of the Sinagua sites. This place gave us easy/quick access to all the trailheads we were in interested in parking at for our hikes (Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Jim Thompson, Boynton Canyon, and Teacup). It also provided a nice bed, bathroom, kitchen, and dining/living room to sleep, shower, cook, and relax in. Overall, it's a great place.
