I came needing a vacation and dealt with issues all weekend. The day I arrived there was not a parking pass left in the unit, so I worried about it being towed! I called the main office and they told to write one and that they shouldn’t tow it but wasn’t guaranteed until a pass could be brought to me the next day. Day 2, we came back from getting groceries for our weekend, and we left some take out and a bag of fruit on the kitchen counter, and while we were eating, an hour later came in to the kitchen the takeout and fruit was now just taken over by ants and we had to throw it all out. I had family come over to visit and a roach climbed on them and I was so embarrassed of the situation. It’s when I noticed the front door was missing the weather stripping guard at the bottom of the door! Later that evening my mother went to shower and the knob in guest bath came right off, so I had to get my tool kit to repair it! And as I went to shower and there were roaches in my tub. Day 3 issues continued and now a condo unit behind your complex had a pool pump that was going out and started grinding very loudly, so for 2 nights it was hard to sleep since that sound was now right outside our bedroom windows! And now lastly on check out day instructions states to to run dishwasher with all dirty dishes and wash all towels and used sheets, first we didn’t have laundry detergent, and we were charged so much for cleaning and for what, for us to clean it! Then I start to wonder we didn’t have detergent to wash it so what if people who rented before didn’t either, we then became disgusted at the thought! I am completely unsatisfied and will not rebook at this condo again! Mismanaged and unmaintained

Loved it super cute. Super clean. Came for business and felt relaxed all weekend. Definitely looking forward to coming again.

Proximity to beach

My family and I were very comfortable in this rental. It’s not the newest but it doesn’t have to be. Everything just felt cozy and welcoming. Would definitely rent again.

Very easy process and communication is great. Check in/out was easy. Upon arrival condo was extremely well kept and very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk. great experience and stay.

The condo itself was beautiful. However the internet service did not work. Called Vacasa several times after being on hold 17 min and 25 seconds the phone automatically hangs up.
