Steps from the beach - Nice! Little disappointed in the unit and "resort ". The description of both was a bit exaggerated ( or maybe we just have high expectations ) But, we enjoyed ourselves and if we ever make our way back to Hilton Head we would stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for a week while we were on vacation. We loved the location, so close to the beach and the pool. It’s exactly as the pictures show. Nice and clean. And it was a perfect set up for our toddler and baby. They even had beach toys in the closet and a beach umbrella. Unfortunately there were some issues with the AC. But Brie was great to deal with. She was easy to reach and handled the issue quickly. We went to dinner and when we came back it was working again. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

This property was wonderful. It was right in the middle of everything. Jamaican Joe's had very nice refreshing drinks you can take to the beach. Very convenient sports bar and grill was open pretty late. Close to the beach. However, the linens on the pull out bed need a good wash or there just stained. But overall it was very clean, very nice and we had a wonderful time.

This property was perfect for our getaway. The proximity to the beach and easy access to restaurants and shopping was exactly what we wanted. Communication with Bre, the property owner, was excellent when we needed it.

The apartment was really clean and everything was exactly as described. This place is going to be my go-to vacation location. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach. The price was incredibly fair. We loved the little extra touches of this place, such as the noise machine, the pack n' play, etc. This apartment is great for families. On our stay, we had two adults and four kids between 1-12 years. It worked for us.

This rental property has a wonderful location on the island and within the condo community. Perfect size for me and my two young children. Great price for ocean view and only a few steps from the beach. The owners were extremely responsive and very helpful. We will be back!

Exactly as represented. Small ,sweet, comfortable in Folly Field neighborhood. Loved the easy access to pool and beach. Favorite was riding a bike on the sand . The little balcony was perfect for a glass of wine end of day. The hosts are so helpful and kind. I will be back.

The property is awesome, with the affordable bars and restaurants on location and instant beach access! The property was small, but there would still be room to bring our two kids next time. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were all well equipped, and the host included some nice snacks and waters to get us started. Highly recommend!

My husband had some time available and booked for three days. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and found the unit to be quiet and stocked with most everything required for a comfortable, relaxing and carefree stay. He enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and riding a rental bike throughout the complex and on the beach, which was both close and had appropriately compact sand for riding along the shoreline. The staff were both friendly and helpful and the owner was very responsive, answering questions within minutes. He looks forward to staying there again.

Nice Condo, just as advertised
Nice and typical Condo and HHI Beach and Tennis Club. Our 11th year going here and as usual we had a blast and this condo fit our needs. The only thing we lacked was towels and trash bags, but Brie (the owner) was easy to communicate with and by the next morning the cleaning crew had what we need outside our entry door to the condo. Again, Brie was very helpful and quick to respond and that was our only issue for the week we were there.

Such an enjoyable week away and very attentive host! Property was as pictured, clean and well-maintained. Owner was very responsive with questions. The resort is a fun place to stay. Quick, easy access to beach, pool and courts. Jamaican Joez makes great frozen drinks.

Nice Escape
Pleasant trip to Hilton Head Island. The property owners are new to VRBO, and very open/responsive to questions. I would return!

Great place, great time!
Brie and Vic are great hosts. Wonderful place right next to the beach. On-site amenities make Hilton Head Beach and Tennis a fun place to stay. Coconut is a fun bar if you like sports and drinks. Miss it already!

Just OK
Positives:
- Good overall property and location on the island
- Bike rental is onsite
- Convenient unit location on the 1st floor for loading and unloading
- Owners send a couple very detailed and kind communications
Negatives:
- Provided one toilet paper roll of the most thin toilet paper ever seen (one ply); BRING YOUR OWN
- Empty tissue box, none present
- Towels were poor quality and an array of different ones, like someone's leftovers
- Long hairs left on the shower wall as if whoever cleaned just wiped them around
- Light by top bunk did not work
- Shower drained extremely slow leaving you in a pool of your own funk by the end of the shower
- Old school shower knobs, stained tub, cracks around top of shower (NEEDS UPDATED)
- Stains on bedding
- Rug in kitchen is nasty, needs to be tossed and replaced
- Ceiling in hallway and den is cracked along trim throughout
- Toilet in bathroom is tiny and uncomfortably close to the sink
- Flooring in hallway has been redone, but when walking over it, you can feel where repairs still need to be made.
- The one bedroom is uncomfortably small with very little room to put luggage
Overall, it has potential and looks like the owners have definitely attempted to update, but there is still a lot to do and think of relative to guest experience. Great property and would definitely revisit that in general. Hope they have the beach access from building A complete by then as it was closed.

Quick getaway
First time in HHI. Easy check in to get our parking pass. Nice to have security checking for the passes when entering residence parking lot. Condo was enough for the two of us. Two bunks in the hall was nice use of space for a family with two younger children but condo is on the small side. Kitchenette was clean and served it’s purpose for us. We did not do much cooking- quick breakfast, snacks, wine & cheese. . Bathroom was a bit tight for two people at the same time but that was fine for just the two of us. Tub was a bit strange- looked like it was glazed but the inside wasn’t? Would have liked an extra roll or two of toilet paper just in case- roll and a half was enough for our short stay. Could not find beach towels so had to use the two extra bath towels. Still ok for just the two of us. Great location to pool and beach! Liked the pool especially pool bar for drinks, snacks and a view of ocean! Loved stopping there for a drink after beach/pool on our way back to the condo. Gorgeous sunrise!! Loved seeing so many people on the beach to see the sunrise, exercise, walk and lots of pups! Great time of year to go- very laid back and quiet before it gets busy and too hot!!! Overall, nice place for a couple getaway! Will return!
