My family and I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this property, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was a disaster. The shower had a massive hole in the ceiling, which might as well have been an open invitation for insects and debris to join us during our "relaxing" showers. I did the responsible thing and reached out to the property owner, pleading for them to fix this glaring issue, but they couldn't be bothered. As a result, my poor mother had to flee the property and seek refuge with a friend, which was far from what we had planned for our trip. But wait, it gets even worse. After our less-than-pleasant stay, I had the audacity to ask the property owner for a partial refund, given the atrocious conditions we endured. What did I get in response? Nothing. Absolute silence. They completely ignored my reasonable request, demonstrating a complete lack of responsibility and decency. To add insult to injury, the property itself reeked, and they couldn't even manage to provide an adequate number of towels. The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish, and I can't stress this enough: AVOID this property at all costs. It's an absolute disgrace, and I wouldn't wish such a miserable stay on my worst enemy.

The location of property was excellent. But the apartment needed better cleaning, example: floors were not swept/mopped. The apartment also needed maintenance. There was a hole on top of one of the shower head , with a dangling wire. One room had no hooks or storage for clothes. The windows did not open. Overall the property needs upkeep.

Late on the day of arrival, about 8:00 pm we received a message that our place was not available and we could use another place. However, upon arriving at the other place we found out there were only two beds for six of us. We ended up having to find a hotel at 11:00 pm. This was a huge inconvenience and a great waste of our time. A couple of weeks later and we are still trying to get our money back. ☹️
