Coming from across the nation to celebrate a doctoral graduate and a group of 14 supporters, I was tasked with finding a place that would accommodate all out needs. The gatsby was absolutely incredible. The property had everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. EVERYONE in the party loved it! Thank you so much for allowing 14 people to have a great time all under one roof.

This was an AMAZING place to stay at. It looks just like the pictures, and being there just feels good! Our daughter got married, and there were 16 of us in there! Everyone had a space to be when wanted to be alone and it was great to hang together by the pool or watch a movie all together in one of the two theatre rooms! They had snacks, drinks and a welcome treat in the fridge. We had enough paper towels and toilet paper, and plenty of towels. They even had steamers that came in very handy for our dresses! Our children had so much fun playing ping pong before jumping in the pool, and when family stopped by to say hi, they were amazed! I totally recommend this place! I wish we would've stayed there many more nights!
We had a few issues with the alarm and a leak, but Chelsea was prompt to send someone that was very nice and did the job fast. The communication was amazing, as soon as we texted there was a reply.
Check in was super easy, as they have a monitor on the wall where you check in and you can see places to go around the place.

This house was great! We stayed here with our family of 6 adults, my sister-in-law's family of 6 adults, and my husband's parents for my daughter's wedding. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable or to do different activities. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

We booked this home 10 months in advance. Our very large family stayed during the week of Christmas. I reached out to the property manager multiple times before our stay and always got a response within an hour. I reached out during our stay *after hours* and got a call back immediately. I truly Could not say enough great things about this team. The neighborhood was gorgeous, there was a park less than a mile away, tons of people outside walking and playing. It felt very homey. The house was massive (and everything was just like the pictures). We had a a walking toddler and I really appreciated that there was a double high and low lock on the back door to the swimming pool. There was plenty of cookware, plates, silverware, and appliances. I highly recommend this home.

This was a fantastic house close enough to the Renaissance Fair and hiking to satisfy everyone in our group. The pool water was lovely, and we cooked in the kitchen and played pool. Lots of rooms and areas for everyone to have their space and vary where we ate. Good communication and I felt that any issues would be addressed quickly, but we had no need to ask for anything as all was perfect in the house! I did have an initial issue with the scents, which is common for me and most of my friends now when we travel, but unplugging the diffusers was enough for us to be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My high school girlfriends and I got together to celebrate our 50th birthdays! We had the most amazing time and this place was perfect for us! All the comforts of home! With all the sleep we didn’t get visiting and laughing, we were still able to sleep well in the comfortable beds. We had an ample supply of towels and sheets and toiletries! What a great getaway!

The Gatsby Mansion was a wonderful place for our multi-generational, multi-national family of seven to stay in comfort for the celebration of our son's wedding. Seniors could relax and talk while the younger members could entertain themselves without interfering with each other. Meals were easy to prepare and serve. Easy access to the airport, stores and banks. Quiet and peaceful setting. Beds were very comfortable and a big hit with everyone. Our only regret was that the pool was in need of attention and therefore out of service for us.
Overall a hit with the whole family. We would stay again, and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful home. The pool was fantastic. Comfortable beds, and a good sized rooms for all bedrooms.
Something for all ages of guests, games, pool with floaties, shaded outdoor seating area. Lots of space for a large group to be able to hangout all together or have some privacy.
Good communication with the hosts/managers to get some issues looked at during the stay.

Though this is a nice home, it has not been taken care of. For starters there is a serious roach issue that needs to be addresses. I have multiple pictures of roaches we found throughout the home. Second, there is a sewage issue in the basement that is apparent by the smell, we finally found the issue covered by a black trash bag. We could not even use one of the rooms downstairs because of the smell and potential health hazard. As far as cleanliness we found dirty dishes, crumbs and dust under everything and even a slice of pepperoni under a couch cushion, as well as a bathing suit that was left from a previous stay. As our laundry was not drying we tried to find the issue…the laundry vent had not been cleaned in so long the air was just being trapped, also a potential fire hazard. The pool area would be nice but many tiles are falling off and the waterfall feature is cracked and contains holes where the water just randomly shoots out. When we arrived all the trash bins outside were completely full of garbage and there were rags just laying in the bushes out back. If you have booked this property I suggest you look elsewhere.

Amazing stay
This property was perfect for our stay with our baseball team. The boys loved the downstairs hangout area and backyard. There was lots of spaces to hang out and socialize. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The home is exactly as described. Perfect for a large group!

We had the grandkids in for a long weekend for grandma’s memorial service. It was a perfect place for our group to gather together and get reacquainted. There was plenty of room for our group and a wines and cheese party with guests from the service. The house well equipped for all our needs.
