Property was clean and comfortable, especially the beds, which can be a challenge in any rental. Cleanliness is important to us, & it was fine! I’d only recommend that mirrors be added for all the bedrooms. The 4 stars for location was only because this home is on a somewhat busy street, which didn’t quiet down until after 11pm. Otherwise, it was a convenient location, just 10 minutes to downtown Raleigh, and easy to get around for our purpose. The property manager gave clear instructions for entry & exit and no other communication was necessary. I’d recommend this property to any small group for a short stay in Raleigh, NC. Very nice!! Thank you

The house was great, small, but perfect for what we needed. We did have to buy our own spices (except salt and pepperl, and couldn't find a broom or vacuum to clean up with, otherwise everything needed was provided and the entire place was very clean. It was a nice neighborhood, close to everywhere our group needed to go. Check in and out had clear instructions and there were no issues. Thank you for letting us stay!

I was in Raleigh for a wedding with my elderly mother. The property was clean, well stocked with necessities. The location was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The house was very comfortable and in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and the downtown area. It was near the belt line which made it very accessible to surrounding areas. Keesha was an excellent host as was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property.

The place was very clean and tidy. The owners respond to any questions in a timely manner.
The street itself is a little noisy, so I definitely recommend bringing a noise machine if you have one. Lots of things to do within 15-30 minutes.

Nice sizes bedrooms for all of us, everything was clean, and thanks for having coffee and hot chocolate available. We only didn’t like the way it’s off a busy road.

We dined at Perry’s steakhouse. We went to historic Mill Park. We went to partee shack and box yard, and had a great time. This house was close to all of our destinations within a 20 mile distance or less, including grocery stores.

First, I have to say, that I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was this clean---not one molecule of dust in this place! MUCH APPRECIATED! You could tell that the owners took pride in this house. The house was decorated so cutely and had all the essentials for cooking and an easy stay; to include a fully stocked laundry area. (I've never seen this in a rental-FANTASTIC!)
Their communication was on point, and they made a goodie-bag for us....we definitely felt welcomed.
I also have to say that the location was fantastic. We were close to everything we wanted to do. PNC Arena (concert), The Angus Barn (REALLY good food), lots of grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, and downtown was just a few minutes drive. Cool stuff to see there!
Five starts all around, and will definitely book this house again if I visit Raleigh. LOVED IT!!!

Perfect stay for family event
We were in town for a family birthday and Keesha’s house was conveniently located from the venue. Three couples shared the house, and it worked well for us. This was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed at- definitely recommend!

Keesha thought of everything from a welcome gift bag full of goodies, coffee and tea, to available hand sanitizer and tide laundry detergent. The house is perfect for 2-4 guest (any more than that it may feel a little crowded), it is right off of 440 and 10 minutes from North Hills shopping center. There’s a front porch with two rocking chairs if you want to sit outside. Keesha was very hospitable, responsive and informative. She left nothing to question. I’d stay there again if I was in the area.

This house is a lovely place located just miles from all the hot spots of Raleigh. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and the accommodations are well appointed. All the beds are queen sized, I believe, and there are extra blankets and towels available. Very bright, comfortable and in a quiet location. Keesha stayed in close communication, also. Awesome Stay
Keesha was an excellent host. She responded promptly and was very informative. The place was clean and just the right size for my girls and I to stay while we celebrated my birthday in Raleigh. The property was close to everything we had planned for the weekend. Overall awesome stay I would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.
