It was quiet the area is a little run down but seemed pretty safe it was pretty clean but the water pressure is really low all in all I didn’t mind it too much it’s good for a single guy and as I always do I cleaned up after myself and left it pretty clean

It is a perfect location if you want to be close to the metropolitan area.

It was a very niceplace to stay, everything you need was at reach reach. It was clean and nice, I felt secured. My only note will be that I will pay more if the place have another AC in the living room/ kitchen. it was very hot and the water flow was very slow, it took me longer to take a shower than normal. Take ear plugs if rooster bother you . Other that that I will love to rent again

Perfect home away from home. Lively neighborhood with friendly neighbors. House had all the necessities you could think of from pans to full size shampoo. We had a super early flight and host was so nice to put our belongings inside while they cleaned before our check-in. Cant wait to return!

Es un apartamento excelente para dormir con el sonido de las ranitas. Se puede comprar de todo cerca y había toallas, toallas de playa, sillas de playa y una nevera portátil. Excelente lugar y muy económico y limpio. Todo esta nuevo.

Perfect for a young family or a older folks on vacation. Solar panels were being installed during my stay so future residents should have no problem with electricity outages. Which comes in very handy on hot days for the air conditioner. Property manager very quick to solve any problems that might arise. Definitely need a car to get around if you rent this property.

Worth the price
We were exited to Be in a quiet neighborhood, the place was super clean everything that you need fans air condition they all work, the showers were great. The one thing that we were surprised was that they had two beach chairs, a cooler and two Beach towels. We loved it around the corner was a bakery where we had breakfast every morning for $20 we also had a pharmacy, grocery store and a place to fuel up your vehicle. The place was quiet at night someone had commented that it was noisy, but the only noise that we heard was the coqui At night and a few other night creatures well night bugs. Oh yes and the few roosters they woke us up in the morning to start our day. We were only less than 10 minutes away from the airport and the place we rented the vehicle. So we Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Puerto Rico.
