Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach!! Very uncrowded private beach. Spacious house with tons of amenities. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. The pool was really a nice bonus. Property manager was very quick to respond and great open communication. Highly recommend for those family beach trips!!!

enjoyed my stay here! nothing beats being only a short walk from the private beach. the house is beautiful and spacious with all the accommodations you'll need. having a pool and hot tub was a huge bonus as well as the provided beach wagon and toys/games in the house. Tari was very helpful and made sure to address and fix a couple small issues we ran into. would stay here again!

Beach house was amazing! Plenty of room and so close to the beach. Beach was absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend this house.

Everythimg was awesome

We have been staying in The Dunes for years now, but this was our first stay at Sandprint Cinema. Everything was great. The table tennis, putting course, and arcades were great for the kids. The pool was amazing, as well as the hot tub. The house does get a lot of sun and can warm up, but the ceiling fans were great to alleviate some of the Florida warmth. Beach access was close and easy. My only complaint would be the oven doesn't heat up well, and it's hard to bake biscuits or anything in the oven.

First, thank you to Tari for being flexible on the time we were able to get into the house (slightly earlier than 4pm). This really helped on getting our family from the airport after loading our cars full of supplies at the house. The home was spectacular. It was everything we could have imagined and everyone was truly comfortable. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was so easy. The only issue we had was the pool was cleaned on Wednesday at noon and we were waiting to go into the pool. we went into the pool after being cleaned etc and I think we should have been warned to wait a while before we got into the pool. Our four year old grandson had a few issues with his eyes after being in the pool after cleaning, a couple of bathing suits changed colors and my silver jewelry turned black (from the clorine???). I think that cleaning may have been done at another time other than at mid day when we were wanting to get into the pool (and were not warned to wait a while). The only other issue with kids was that there was not a bathtub for kids, other than our bathroom, which we were able to get though. All in all, it was a great vacation for my family of 9 (three kids-- ages 4 and two under age one). The only other thing I would recommend is to bring your own towels (both beach and bath). We all had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home for a great family vacation!!!! All in all, it was perfect! Thank you so much!

Rental was clean, area was beautiful and the owners were very easy to communicate with!

We loved our place at Sandprint Circle. Location absolutely the best. There were no negatives. Owner was the best. Always there for your needs. Thank you Tari. Such a great Host. We stayed two months. Beds and furniture all very comfortable.

Overall, fantastic. Seriously nice house. So much good to say about this house!!! A few minor changes would make it perfect. I would like to offer some constructive criticism and point out areas that need improving: 1. Somewhat difficult to figure out how to work stove and microwave. Written instructions would have been helpful. 2. Label all light switches. 3. Pots , pans, and chef knives in kitchen need replacing! Most Teflon ones are scratched and marred and do not work as non stick. We could not find a skillet sufficient to use to make pancakes and we tried multiple skillets, butter, and oil. Knives so dull can barely cut through anything. Scissors included with the block of knives do not cut anything. 4. Electric can opener does not open cans. 5. Need more dinner and salad forks. We ran out often with 14 people there and had to hand wash used ones to have enough needed. 6. Ceiling fan in master bedroom either doesn’t work or the remote is broken or needs a new battery. 7. Neither fireplace worked for us. Perhaps we did t know how to use them as there were no instructions. Also, may have been turned off for renters? 8. Heated Pool was not very warm. We couldn’t really get in it was so cold to us. The two youngest grandsons got in for a short while before retreating to the hot tub. 9. Extra blankets for the sofa beds would have been nice. Only had sheets provided for them. 10. No drain stoppers available in kitchen sink, so water shot up out of the drain in the small sink when garbage disposal was used. 11. Portable Beach chairs for our use would have been appreciated. Please accept my comments for improvement in a,spirit of kindness and concern to make future renters more satisfied during their stay at Sandprint Cinema. Warmest Regards, Mary Ortego

Great locale. 3 minute walk to beach. Beds very comfy! Plenty of room. Would be great for family with teens or more mature kiddos as the upstairs and basement would be a great retreat for them as adults enjoyed main floor. Lots of stairs so not good for elderly or handicapped. Private pool and the decks are most enjoyable. Not direct beach front but, nice limited views. Neighborhood very quiet and within walking distance to market and restaurants.

We were a large group of 11 and had an incredible time at this fully outfitted home..

The house was beautiful. Beach just steps away. Right in the middle of everything from convienient stores to the shops and bars. Perfect getaway

Great location!! Lovely home, only negative thing would be shortage of closet/storage space in some bedrooms & master bath could use an update. We had lots of fun playing ping pong, using the pool & the walk to the beach was a breeze!! Also, close to restaurants & Destin attractions. Would definitely go back to Sandprint Cinema!!

You are provided with 2 pods for the dishwasher and clothes washer. We provided our own things such as coffee and seasonings. We bought more paper towels and kitchen trash bags for our 3 night stay. We loved seeing the house every time we returned. It was a wonderful stay!
