The room was ok. Beautiful pictures. Needed more pots and pans. All the walls needed painting. Sheetrock work that was done prior to our visit was not painted over. You really can’t see but a piece of the ocean from our balcony. The small 1st bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and mold around the top of the shower wall. The room overall was good. It served its purpose. It accommodated my family. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked amazing. I would stay at Pelicans Walk again but I would stay in the center of the building so I could see all the ocean. Thanks for letting us stay there.

I doubt any vacation can ever be 100% as expected but staying at PW was as close to it as any vacation we've ever been on. Staff was always quick to respond to any needs. We will definitely be back!

We always love this place !!! This unit was the worst we have been in , ( we have stayed here about 6 times ) needs updated!! Plugs don’t work .. needs paint.. bathrooms really need attention!

Mold in the bathroom (which I cleaned some of it up myself); did not feel safe in the neighborhood; there was no security at any time. Gates to the beach were left open, no codes needed. The dog walk area is a good distance from the condo. The washer broke down. Help was sent immediately upon our contact. The smaller bathroom could use some better lighting. We found the "smart" tv's were not so smart. Even our techy son could not get them working correctly. We found it strange that the 2 master suites shared a bathroom. Never have seen that before! In the long run, our grands had a grand time & that is what was most important. However, I doubt we'll stay at this particular location again.

2nd time at pelican walk. Beds were comfy. Inside furniture dirty & not comfy at all. Balcony furniture is ok but really need the taller chairs out there. Kitchen could use a few extra things for cooking again kinda dirty. We will be back but will try a different room.

This was our first stay but will definitely not be our last. Needed a place large enough to accommodate ourselves and our daughter and family. To bring our dog was a bonus. The apartment was perfect, the furniture comfy, seating for all at the dining room table, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. The pools were immaculently maintained. And I don't know what they use for chemicals but I did not react nor smell any. It was great having pools when the gulf was too rough. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The place was well maintained. And I felt totally safe if I needed to go out at night with the dog. Thanks for making this special destination vacation flawless for us.

Unit was nice but real dirty. Air vents were filthy shower curtains were full of mold. Frying pans were useless everything would stick even with oil in them. Floor had to be swept before we moved in. Furniture was dirty. Overall I would think no one cleaned it prior to our arrival

Unit 401 is very outdated and in need of repairs. Pelican Walk is a great complex but this unit didn't meet the standards of other condos in which we've stayed previously. All 4 beds in 401 need to be replaced - they are totally worn out and uncomfortable.

This was our second year in a row staying with Pelican Walk. In our experience, it is the BEST VALUE for family beach vacations in the PCB area! At only 10 stories tall, it provides a small family feel with a beachfront that is NOT crowded like bigger resorts. It has become our annual family vacation spot!

Unit 402 has terrible "unit cleaners!" The floors hadn't been cleaned all that well -- some sand still there from previous renters? -- nor did it appear the linens had been changed -- there were hairs and grit on one bed, sand on others.
The Unit smelled nice!
Coffee Pot stopped working after one use. Toaster burnt the food at the lowest setting.
The worst TV setup was in the living room. Bedrooms had nice TV setups!
Living room furniture was pretty uncomfortable, even though it looked nice.
The unit has no sunset view -- one of the things I happen to LOVE about Florida.
Upon arrival, I was told the unit wasn't ready. They said it would be 45 minutes. They'd call. 4 hours later, I went back to the office and was told, "that's a privately owned unit and they had no information on it." They couldn't have told me this when we arrived?
I was so ready and glad to be home!

Extremely easy check in process. The room was as advertised. Extremely well kept and clean.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was great. Gorgeous views. Short distance from the beach. Management was extremely responsive to inquiries/requests. We will definitely stay here again.

Great quiet beach getaway
Condo was large, clean and comfortable. Owner was very nice and available. Chairs and umbrella on the beach was a huge bonus. Panama City is still in the process of emerging from Covid lockdown, but we had a very nice time.

Very pleasant
The property owner Was so nice.
The condo was very clean. We also come prepared to deep clean when we rent a pet friendly condo you could not tell it was pet friendly except for the netting that was in place on the deck to protect our small dogs. We usually bring our own netting so this was a plus for us. The condo was very comfortable.

Great location, wonderful owner
The owner is very nice and responded very promptly. The condo is very well equipped it accommodated our family of 6 very nicely. It is in a great location, close to everything but not so close to have all the hustle bustle, we had a very relaxing stay. We will stay again on our next trip to PCB.
