I needed a last minute stay, and found this beauty here! The house was extremely nice, we loved the decoration and set up. The property manager was super nice and even welcomed us with a greeting on a chalk board upon walking through the door. That was one of our favorite parts about the stay! Highly recommend for families or group stays, we had more then enough space.

Went to see Disturbed in Noblesville, IN. Stayed at this clean cute little place in Fortville. Please be aware it’s right next to the railroad tracks. Didn’t bother us when the trains rolled through but may not be for everyone. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was wonderful besides the trains at night. I wish there was a disclaimer about the trains being loud and shaking the house at night.

Gary our host was very helpful and accommodating, he was very responsive to any questions we had. My husband and I were visiting with our 3 adult children for Xmas/New Years to open presents, play games and be with one another. Everyone loved the house thought it was very nicely decorated and very clean but most of all the trains were fun to watch go by, loud but that was kind of the fun of it all, it was exciting to see a train come through right after the new year turned. Gary Thank you for being an amazing host.

Gary’s rr place is amazing and we had the best time ever. Very clean and very modern. Trains were scary at first but we loved watching them for sure!!!

This old train depot is a great place to stay if you plan to be in the Fortville area. Great proximity to downtown restaurants and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if needs be.

Great introduction to Indiana
The house was immaculate, design work very nice. Cool small town with a hip vibe. Trains are there, oh yeah, I loved it. Sitting on the porch people watching was lovely. Highly recommend! Thanks Gary.

Lovely!
My dad loves watching trains so this was the perfect place for us to stay to attend my cousin’s nearby wedding. It’s in a cute little neighborhood right by the quaint downtown with eclectic shops and locally owned restaurants, great for walking dogs (or just walking).

He was very helpful, responsive and even went above and beyond to give us outdoor chairs and a cornhole set to use, as well as allowed us a late check out on Sunday. We enjoyed our stay after we adapted to the activity around the house (the trains and neighbors all around).
