View was amazing. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Large room with pool table and TV watching wraparound sectional couch was very enjoyable for relaxing in the evenings. Back porch lounging and outside grill was a pleasant relaxing area at sundown and nice for coffee in the morning. We walked down to the private boat dock just to see the water's edge and boating & swimming accommodations for next time. Extra bonus: Captain Pete's restaurant at the local marina just a few minutes away.

Me and three adult female friends rented the property for two night. We wanted a 4 bedroom so we each had our own room. We enjoyed the house and the gorgeous view. The Vacasa Management company was absolutely horrible. We needed Wi-Fi to do some work, and the network didn't show up. I notified them after we arrived. I reboot every network box I could find and the network never showed up. I contacted Vacasa no less than 6 times through two different numbers. Their rewritten responses never addresses my problem. I even sent a snapshot of what networks were showing up. Based on the way the responses were written, I assumed I was dealing with a ChatBot but the person said they were not a Bot - which actually made the situation worse as they never tried to resolve my problem. At 11pm on the night before we left, I finally received an email asking when someone could come to the house. Our check out time was 10am. Extremely disappointing to the point where I will avoid booking homes that use them as their management company. Unfortunately this bad experience took away from this property experience. We liked the set up with bedrooms. The kitchen is fine. The dishes, pots and pans are well worn but functional. The beds are fine with plenty of towels - a bit worn as well. Three refrigerators so great for a large group. The house struggles with having enough plugs that work and are in the right places. We loved the location and planned on cooking but make sure you understand it is at the tip of the peninsula so there isn't much around. There is a nice marina restaurant / bar within walking distance.

The house was perfect for our needs. The views and the space were exactly what we needed. My complaints are minor. We had to supply our own toilet paper and paper towels and the wifi didn’t work.

Five of us gathered at this home as our residence for a week for a bachelor party. The views were magnificent each morning and evening. Having use of the pool table and air hockey added for extra enjoyment while we were in the home. The living area was very large and the couches were very comfy to sit and watch a movie or chat. Plenty of beds that were all very clean. The house overall was very well maintained. There were more amenities than needed such as three refrigerators!

This home had the perfect setup for our family to come together for Christmas and thoroughly enjoy the holiday. The view was breathtaking and perfect for enjoying coffee together in the mornings and relaxing on the deck or playing pool or games in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We were thrilled with our choice of accommodation and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time on property. The views are great and the indoor court yards and the large deck added to the house. The open concept living room with the pool table was a hit. The guest bedroom on the right got very hot compared to the room on the left. We would definitely visit again.

We had an excellent stay at the Private Courtyard. The home suited our needs perfectly-providing ample space for our multigenerational multi-family unit. We had a total of 7 adults with 5 young children one of whom was less than a year. There was enough space for all of us to hang out together in the common room area w the pool table and large sectional sofa. Every single family unit had their own bathroom so it worked out great. The bedrooms were all spaced out enough apart that we all had plenty of privacy when we needed to take rest etc.. Adults had a blast w the pool table, cooking meals and grilling out on the patio w incredible view of the lake. Kids of course enjoyed playing around the courtyard, near the patio and all the deer around the property and just going down to the dock to watch the boats. Plenty of standard board games as well for kids and adults. We all partook of lake activities and enjoyed use of the ground floor fire pit at night (fire pit being very primitive w no seating but that was ok). The lake activities that we found however all seemed to be located on the opposite side of the lake and drive time was around 50 minutes back and forth so I would advise to take that into account when planning your stay. We had a minor leaking faucet issue in one bathroom and as soon as it was reported the property manager was out within a couple of hours to fix it. Beds were comfortable. We found the property to be very clean with only minor mosquito issues which is unavoidable in Tx esp by the lake. Some rugs looked like it could have been vacuumed better esp in the bunk bed room. The main bedroom was lacking a main light fixture so it was quite dim at night in there. Kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you might possibly need. We did bring our own griddle to do a large breakfast Sat morning. Plenty of fridges so it’s perfect to make food and keep there. One suggestion would be to stock cooking oil/spray along w sugar for coffee as I think this is a basic pantry staple that I’ve found in most homes we’ve rented. Value was amazing for the price. Although certain parts of the home were dated from the 70’s like the floor and kitchen I would still describe this as a spacious and almost luxury like level stay for the view and square footage alone. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re on the fence!

This home is amazing! We had a great and comfortable stay. The only thing that would have made it better would be coffee and body soap.

Really beautiful place to stay inside and out. Large enough to accommodate 7 guests comfortably and a great atmosphere for a relaxing weekend.

Very impressed with the views of the lake, the easy private walk down to the boat dock and just the overall easiness and openness of the house. I would go back again and would definitely recommend to all!

The house was as expected. We had a good time. I think the only drawbacks were there were not nearly enough bath towels and only 1 dish towel. Everything else was great

This home is so Cozy and the beautiful tree inside middle of the house is so unique! I love nature and you feel so connected while entertaining guesrs! Our fanily loved it! Lake dock was great with dropdown steps to entering the lake! Pricing was a great a value! We would definitely visit again! Blessings! ❤️🙏😇
