Comfortable beds, one bedroom downstairs with kitchen and bath. Two upstairs with a bathroom between. Small living room area open concept with small kitchen. Outside deck with chairs to enjoy the evening sky. Outside showers for cleaning up before entering the house is nice.
Angie was so great and helped with questions.
The access to Topsail beach was .18 of a mile, which is about three football fields long. We found it easy, but might bring a collapsible wagon next time. Side note: we saw local police cars checking out everything every other day. The area was safe and quiet.

Angie was a fabulous host. Super responsive and quick to answer any of our questions. We had the best week at the beach. Great location, super cozy and clean! Definitely would stay again!

Loved this house and the owner was so amazing to work with! The location is great, very secluded on the south end of Topsail but had access to kayak and fish and just a couple blocks from the beach. Comfortable beds, super clean, new everything, washer/dryer new...it had everything we needed, owner ok to share kayaks, had an outdoor shower, kitchen well stocked. I will 100% rent this house again!! And again, the owner was SUPER NICE to work with!

This place is perfect! So clean and the perfect location for a break. The south end of Topsail is quiet and nice to walk around and enjoy the peace. The owners are incredible and so easy to communicate with!

This house is in a quite neighborhood very peaceful ocean and sound accessible very easily.The house being equipped with linens and towels is a great extra also. The owner is top notch very helpful and kind we would stay at this house again.

This was a wonderful experience. The owner communicated with us several times and was available should anything come up, which it didn’t. Home was very clean and comfortable. Location was ideal with beach access as well as a quiet atmosphere.

Amazing house!!!
My husband and I needed a get away with our toddler. This house was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness (I’m big on this) was above my expectations! The views from the house were perfect and it was such an easy walk to the sound or the beach!! If we had any questions the host got right back to us. I’ve stayed at many houses before and this was by far the best :) We will be back for a longer stay!!

Very clean and modern furnishings. Not one of those worn down beach properties with outdated appliances and beat-up furniture. Updated and well-maintained.
Angie was super easy to communicate with. No issues at all.
