Location is central, apartment is clean, has great facilities (laundry, kitchen, dining supplies).
Sofa bed broken but otherwise useable. No windows except one bedroom.
Other beds comfortable and clean.

Very clean. Great washer and dryer.
The garage door opener was missing. There were no tissues, plastic wrap or foil. Just paper towels. Confused about which stairs to use.

The location was centrally located and had off street private parking.
With the trees in full leaf, we drove past once, The stairway and hallway had a weird smell and were extremely hot.

The location is PERFECT if you are in downtown SLC exploring the city and everything it has to offer. We were at the center of everything and nothing was more than 15 minutes away from us, location is definitely spot on!
Although the location of being in downtown SLC was perfect, the building is next to a VERY busy 7-11, one of which favors loud music and homeless people at night, so if you're a light sleeper, it may be tough for you as the bedroom window is closest to the 7-11.
