Resort was great. Pool, restaurant and beach were well maintained and we really enjoyed them all.
The condo unit itself was in need of some updating. The decor and fixtures are dated and the living room furniture was pretty worn.
The unit was clean, but probably could use a “deep clean” that goes beyond the typical between tenants cleaning.
The beach view was absolutely georgeous and we spent a lot of time enjoying on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms worked fine for a family of 5.
I’d give the unit a 3.5/5, lots of potential, great location and view, but time for some TLC.
Minor thing, but something we noticed a lot - there are no hooks (or similar) in the bathrooms to hang wet towels/suits despite plenty of room for them to be installed.

The location of this condo was top notch! Everything was perfect with the exception of the master bed- the mattress was terrible. The pullout sofa was more comfortable. Also the kitchen was missing a baking pan when we attempted to bake dinner one night. We would stay here again, I’d just make sure to sleep in a different room. The condo amenities was great- you didn’t have to wait for the elevator very long, oceans had fabulous drinks and the shrimp pizza was to die for!

Stayed for a long weekend getaway. Weather did not cooperate but condo was in a great location. Beautiful views and comfortable accommodation. This resort has a lot of amenities and is literally on the beach

Coat rack and towel rack had been ripped out of the drywall and just stuck back up. Other than that, all good.

I had a really good experience, the room was great, very clean. The location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone. The owner was also very easy to work with. I will be coming back for sure.

We had a great stay this past week at this Condo. Our host was very informative and made sure the check in process, getting in to our condo, went smoothly. I rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend this condo. Thanks again for making our vacation fun. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

My family had a great time staying here! The condo had everything we needed and the owner was very friendly and easy to reach. I went to the wrong place for my parking pass and when I messaged the owner he called immediately to help me out. Loved the location of the property and the condo was a short walk to the elevator and pool. Would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a great time!! Property was perfect! The host James Mann was great! He communicated with me when I needed him. Would recommend this condo for anyone looking to do tourist stuff or just beach/pool relax vacation!! We will be back!! 😃

We really enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. Love their pool and splash pad for the babies. The only suggestion for this room would be an interior lock for safety. The keypad lock is convenient but not having a bolt lock in the room is not safe when you have an active 3 year old. He opened our door and was out of the room before we could get to him. This would be my only suggestion for this amazing property. Also, the host was amazing and communicated with us very well. I highly recommend this.

We had a fantastic stay at edgewater. The room was great. We had an issue with the AC, but the condo owners were able to compensate us and get it fixed very quickly.

Overall, this Condo was a perfect location for us moms while the girls were at cheer camp. Plenty of room for 3 girls and 3 moms. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Easy access to everything.

I can’t say enough great things about this place and the owner, James. The condo was at a great location. We could go to the pool and beach and run back up to the room for lunch or if we forgot something very easily. It’s two doors from the elevator which made it easy as well with a little one. James was excellent! I even forgot something (money ) after I left and he promptly found it and returned it before I even made it home! Excellent in all ways and we cannot wait to book our next trip with him! Thank you again!

We had a fantastic 4 night trip! Condo had a wonderful location overlooking the lagoon pool and steps away from the ocean. Balcony was great. Condo looked just like pictures and everything was very comfortable. Very easy to run back to the room for meals etc since it was so close. James was also super responsive and answered all questions quickly. Only downside for us was the DJ and Karaoke were a bit loud if sitting on the balcony and cleaning staff/previous guest had a few dishes that were not clean so we had to recreate them.. I’d highly recommend this condo! Already looking at our next stay here.

Quick Weekend getaway!
We checked in very late on Friday night. The property was easy to find, easy to access and basically on the beach. The property was clean. We loved the view and the owner was VERY easy to reach. The only suggestion I might have is to possibly replace the mattress in the room with the one bed. It sank in the middle and I was nervous it might not hold. My fiancé and I aren't large people, but I made sure to be very easy on it. I know it can be difficult with rental properties to keep up on those things and it can change from visitor to visitor. Overall, it was a terrific experience. We were very comfortable there and the resort was amazing. I only wish we could have stayed longer!!! Thank you so much!!

Let me first say that the unit we stayed in was not awful but I will not be visiting Edgewater as a whole with my family again. Times have changed and it’s just too unsettling with the crowds that are there.
