We stayed there and it was close to everything we wanted to do, maybe not walking distance to river street but a very short Uber ride! Clean and very nice!

The townhouse is fairly close to downtown and a convenient Uber location to the River. The corner is very noisy at night so bring earplugs. Overall a nice place but needs some upgrades like mattresses and kitchen items. Downstairs toilet needs a repair.

Very much as stated in description. Convenient to everything, clean, property manager responsive. We had a very wonderful Christmas in Savannah complimented by this residence. And the property manager put up Christmas decorations and left gifts which started our family vacation with a warm and cozy vibe!

Gathered family under one roof for a family wedding. Property is convenient to all downtown spots and was nicely appointed and clean.

Property was clean and nicely updated. The master bedroom was extremely loud at night with traffic and people talking on sidewalk and shades let a lot of light in. There are 18 steps to 2nd floor which didn’t bother us but some tenants might want to know. Kroger a block away w Starbucks. We had a car but close walking to historic areas.

The Price Place was exactly as described. Beautiful home that was very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Yes, the street noise can be loud, so recommend a sound machine if you retire to bed before 11 pm. If you prefer a very dark room to sleep in, bring a sleeping mask. We walked almost everywhere we went as parking downtown is limited. Helped us burn calories from all the pralines lol!

As advertised, nice unit, very clean, comfortable sofas, beds, well stocked kitchen, great decor etc. Reviews gave us a heads up regarding the noise level being an end unit on a busier street, so white noise on our phones and earplugs did the trick. I recommended owner put in blackout curtains in addition to the blinds in the front and side bedroom to better shield the bright streetlights. But in case they don’t, bring a sleep mask. Also, recommended they check the Wi-Fi. Other than those two things we had a great stay.

Beautiful home, close to downtown. Needs some improvements. Need more teaspoons ( only 2), more, hand soap, more toilet paper and there were no facial tissues. Ice maker in fridge has been broken for the last 3 months (reading reviews) and has been reported and still not fixed. Corner lot at a busy intersection, very noisy and bedrooms need room darkening curtains. Light in master bedroom shower needed to be replaced.Just a few minor details we noticed.Overall we had a great stay

The house was clean and had all of the necessities. As others have mentioned the street noise can get loud but it didn’t bother us too much. We loved it was right across the street from the store. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t need to rent a car. We would stay here again!

This was a perfect place and location for our girls trip! Sadly management was not great about communicating. I was in contact with Vacasa regarding some concerns left in the reviews from previous clients at least a week before our stay. The woman I spoke to informed me there would be plenty of ice trays for eight people since the ice machine was broken. There were no ice trays once we arrived. I contacted vacasa once we arrived and told me they would have the local management will reach out. No one reached out. Also, the water in the fridge is gross. Be prepared to buy your own water. There were black chunks coming out. We didn’t let this issues ruin our stay but would have liked a response from local management to fix the issues.

Property matched the website description. Good location to parks and other attractions. Very clean. My main concern was that the maintenance of the property needs to improve. Ice maker did not work, spin dry cycle on washing machine didn't do the job. Clothes were very wet even after the cycle. The air filters for the cooling/heating system were absolutely filthy which may have been partly responsible for a leak that occurred on our last day. These problems did not ruin our stay, but they need to be addressed promptly.

Beautiful Home and within walking distance of historical sites. I booked through VRBO but this is really a Vacasa Property so dealing with a Corp. No book like in VRBO or AirB&B that has information such as places to go, restaurants, WiFi and TV items etc. No sheets for the pull out beds, only 1 kitchen towel, no pots & pans, both the TV & WiFi did not work and had to work on modem.

We loved the layout of the house and the decor! The distance to the main attractions was perfect and walkable. It is on a busy corner street but we used white noise on our phones to sleep at night.

Clean & welcoming! There were 6 of us & there was plenty of space. There is quite a lot of traffic noise all night (who knew that Savannah doesn’t sleep?), but the up side is the location is super convenient to historic Savannah & everywhere you want to be. I’d definitely book again!

Savannah overall is a very walkable city, but this home provided a good location close to the grocery store and Trolley stop! There were 8 of us who stayed at the home, and unfortunately, the sleep sofa was very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. We also were not provided with any linens for this bed. However, overall the home was beautiful and worth a stay!

The house was great, the beds were comfy and the air-conditioning worked great. We had everything we needed, but it is right at the corner of an intersection where buses come constantly until about 11 PM, so it is very noisy!

Everything about the Savannah Price Place was perfect!! It had everything that we needed and more. It is "as advertised"!! Would definitely recommend for anyone going to Savannah.

House was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We did not use the kitchen to cook, but noticed very few everyday spices, etc. As other guests mentioned, the house is at a busy intersection and Price Street is a primary bus route. It wasn’t an issue for our group of adults, but should be considered. We had a rental car, but used Savannah’s free trolleys as well. Nice city and we would stay at Price Place again.

Great location with a Kroger close by & Forsythe Park a short walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed but could use a few more spoons. Beds were comfortable & so nice that linens & towels were included. The traffic noise was constant but expected based on other reviews. We would stay here again!

Booked this house for a bachelorette weekend for 8. The house is exactly as the pictures show Beds we’re super comfy. The house was clean and easy to relax in. The kitchen and living room with two sofas were perfect for games, movies and relaxing!

Beautiful home in historic district
This was a beautiful home in a great location in the historic district. Everything was very clean and the home is decorated very stylishly. The temperature was great, even though it was very hot outside. The road noise is pretty loud even with the windows closed, so if you think that will bother you while sleeping, I'd bring earplugs.
