Washer did not work. There was a tide pod in the washer from the last time it was ran. Which mean the bedding and towels weren't actually clean

This little getaway was a cozy and peaceful place to stay for my wife and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Small for a larger family but no better way to get together and play board games or watch a movie(Even when the controller for the dvd disappears before you can even find it in the first place lol). All of the essentials were provided and it was nice not to have a generic soap/shampoo like a hotel does. We felt at home here and would love to come back. Not to mention that the well maintained hot tub in the back yard is there anytime to soak in, a cherry on top to say the least. We recommend to anyone!

This was our first stay in this house, and it won't be the last! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs and offered us privacy to lounge in the hot tub and on the patio. The back bathroom/mud room was perfect for wiping dog paws, and the large living room was very enjoyable. The rooms were small, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and two grandsons stayed here while they were on Christmas break. The house is cozy and had a decent amount of utensils for cooking. It was clean and had a lockbox with a code which made it super simple to access. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and there is a large roomy backyard. Our time there was a good experience and I would recommend it!

Positives: clean, very comfortable bedding, convenient location for us. Negative: felt like a bare minimum place. Broken handle on the fridge, torn bedding on smaller room, lighting was not warm or welcoming. Fees made it not really worth the money. Ways it could be improved: improve the lighting, work on nicer curtains/rugs, hooks for wet towels, make the backyard/hot tub area inviting and welcoming instead of desolate and deserted.

Hot tub was very nice! Small bedrooms in a small house, and some dander and a xtra cleaning might have been needed. Reached out and vacasa was willing to come do an extra clean which was cool!

Our vacation to Little Ocean was enjoyable. The hot tub was great! The shower set up in one of the bathrooms is pretty nice. The other bathroom has a tub that has some sort of exposed piping and when I turned the water on, some brown water came out before it turned clear again. These two things made the shower feel like I did not want to use it. Both bathrooms were clean upon our arrival, so that was good. The yard could use some TLC. It was overgrown and had weeds everywhere. The grass was tall. This made the large fenced in yard less enjoyable. There were a few little things like a huge bunch of scotch tape on one of the light fixtures in the kitchen and the mattress cover definitely needed to be washed which I discovered after stripping the beds in the morning before we left. The sheets and blankets were clean. This house is stocked with those memory foam pillows which I am not a huge fan of, but there were a few comfier pillows. A few blankets in the living room definitely needed a good washing. They smelled like dog. I washed them so we could use them. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pans a person would need and some basic essentials in the cabinets. The house is in a quiet location, close to the Ocean Park Beach approach. It was nice to open the windows in the house and let the breeze in. The house has a good DVD collection, a nice TV, a nice kitchen, and tidy living area. There are dusty patio chairs in the bedrooms. These probably do not need to be there. The house advertises a washer and dryer but these are ancient. The washer is front-facing and leaks because the inner seal is basically falling off the machine. I used some scotch tape from the drawer to tape it so we could wash some beach items. Good house, but could use a little TLC. Great hot tub.

Nice layout for two couples or 2 people. Loved the fenced backyard for my dog.

Absolutely love this place. It is perfect for dogs. The house is pretty well stocked as they thought of everything! Favorite part is the hot tub for sure. Just wish it was covered. This was our second visit we will be return visitors for years to come! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They had everything you could need dishes ,washer/dryer,camping chairs umbrellas,games movies the only thing that would make this place 100% is an air conditioner.

My wife is a kitchen person and she said it would have been nice to have steamer 4 veggies, spaghetti server, cookie sheet, bowls and measuring cups.

It was a nice stay, we had a good time. Communication with property manager took a bit long, and miscommunication with dog stays. Other than that, the trip was good. Thank you.

Love the fenced back yard perfect little house thank you so much you got me out of a bind songkad the other pleace messed up and i found this place would love to stay again soon if needes as i moving down to long beach but will have my frienda rent this place for sure the hot tib was great also
