We had a great time here. The unit was very clean including linens and towels and had everything from the description. One of the balcony doors wasn’t opening and it was fixed after a couple of calls. The balcony was the best part, any time of the day. We will definitely be back!

The building and amenities were fantastic. The unit we stayed was clean and very nice but a few Simple things could of been done to make it more comfortable; such as a working washing machine, more comfortable current furniture on patio and living room. It would be nice if lights were on dimmers and the patio light worked. I loved that during our stay there were minimal children and roudy guests.

The condo was nice but small for 4 adults & 2 teens. 3rd bedroom isn’t a true bedroom but the twin/trundle worked out for teens. Patio needs floor covering and better furniture. Had a set of TV tables that collapsed once using (lost a meal!!) Sinks clogged easily and bathroom faucet was installed backwards. Couldn’t use the pool until 11am, which is awful for young kids who are up early & the heat of the day was a lot already. With COVID concerns there should’ve been a better cancellation policy—non refundable within 60 days is ridiculous. Not easy to get to the beach so we didn’t bother. Area is a little shady too. We had a nice time but will look elsewhere if we return.

The staff of the rental company was very accommodating providing a blowup for us because it had one less bedroom. We were deeply disappointed that renters do not have access to the game room, or the gym. That was not clear at all. However, all in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Good service

We stayed for a long weekend during the Coronavirus panic. We know the property well and even with some activities closed or restricted, we enjoyed the common areas and grounds. The room itself was sufficient but is showing its age a bit. Modern amenities were adequate, but minimal. Would stay again though, much more positive than negative. Thank you!

Based on the listing we planned our getaway with our friends (total of 6 adults)and choose Emerald for our stay in Galveston. Our first surprise was to find out that there are only two bedrooms with suitable double beds for couples, the third room is a small one with a single bed plus a pull out mattress under it. After a night sleep it became apparent that this room and its bed are not comfortable at all. This is a major misleading information in the Listing, this unit is good for 2 couples and plus 2 children. Lack of wine glasses , lack of bottle opener are the other minor issues. On the positive side very nice balcony with a very nice view.

Loved the pool and the space, large enough for the whole family to hang out.

It was a nice experienxce, everything was great. We had some problenms with the chairs within the place, but it was good.

Easy check in, great amenities, nicely appointed condo, great location. This is now my go to destination in Galveston. So much better than a hotel and close to restaurants, the beach and The Strand. Highly recommend and will book anytime I'm staying in Galveston.

We were promised WiFi. No WiFi! I called every day. We were told that someone would be there to fix it. No one ever came. I was promised that a supervisor would call back. No call was ever received. I think we should get some amount of rebate for the inconvenience and empty promises

The location was good, and the place is nice enough. Would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. However, we experienced a couple of problems that weren't corrected. The WIFI didn't work, and one of the bathrooms faucet came off the wall. We reported them, but they were never corrected.

Wish checkout was not so early

Was taken aback at how lovely the views truly are! The location is easy to get to as well. The parking is fantastic and there are plenty of food places around. The condo is nice, the kitchen and bathrooms are as well! The furnishings are a bit dated. The patio furniture was once lovely but is now rotting from the salt air, which is a shame. Each time we sat, more of the black coating came off the chairs! The blue Adirondack chairs are conducive to naps! Though it says it sleeps 8, there are not enough bath towels for 8. BRING your own bath towels AND there are NO beach towels, so you MUST have a suitcase dedicated to just towels. The linens in the master leave MUCH to be desired (extremely low end and needs to be replaced) and there is no mattress pad on the bed. Blech! One MUST bring their own blankets if you plan on using the sofa bed. The extra blanket dedicated to the sofa is stored in a cedar chest by the sofa and smells like moth balls It’s beyond strong scent overwhelmed the entire living room and was put back, leaving my son without a blanket to sleep with, hence my suggestion to bring your own blankets. There are PLENTY of pillows throughout the condo. The decorative pillows are all flattened with age and use. The coffeemaker is motel-style and not a Keurig and they do not provide filters or complimentary coffee packets so be prepared to improvise your coffee pods or go across to McDonalds. They also only provide 2 trash bags. It’s a shame really. Save your Walgreen’s and Walmart bags for sure! The WiFi is weak and most often does not work, which is a terrible shame! One should be able to hop on and off the Internet at will. I hope this helps. This condo is phenomenal for the view and location to the beach as one can walk to there. The pools onsite are very nice and the tenants are kind and the staff is well trained. We enjoyed those aspects of our stay. If given the opportunity again, not sure we will stay here in this particular condo as this is a lot of baggage to cart around between towels, blankets, food, etc. YIKES!

Nice and spacious. Lovely balcony. Clean and decorated cute. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed the view from the pool of the beach. The amenumities are great.

Condo was beautiful. Loved the view from the balcony. Beach was walking distance. One problem though with the rail on the 6th floor pool. It is only metal wires. Our grandson lost a pool toy through the rail. He started to climb through the rails to retrieve his toy from the roof below. Fortunately we noticed and stopped him in time. I think the rail should be solid plexiglass. That would be safer and still offer the view.
