The weather, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, very accommodating aswell, the comfort of farm life

Needs to have your own transportation for convenience since it's not accessible, though they could call for a 3 wheel if you need one but it comes with a price

The place is very homey feels .. it has a kitchen and a living room.

I have informed the landlord on this.. all can be improved

Worst and unsafe place to stay in la union @smyleinn… 1st and worst - lots of theft around (we put food inside the fridge but got stolen after an hour ( good thing we never left our things at all in the room) 2nd - place was full of mosquitous and housefly (inside and outside rooms) 3rd - smell bad (you can smell the piggery) 4th - we booked for 12pax but gave us only 2rooms good for 4pax each room 5th - not accomodating (no one accomodate us upon arrival) only dog.

Staffs were kind and friendly and the breakfast was a bonus. The ensuite toilet was clean and new.

No blankets and the other toilet was dirty.

The staff was very nice and approachable

The location is quite far and the room is too bright

The kuya was very friendly and accommodating.

Its location and lack of amenities (pool, strong wifi, aircon, etc).

Nothing because we did not stay in the property because they are giving us a very small room without airconditioning.

The owner only thinks of her income and doesn't care if her guests are being well taken care of.

The bath tub is big and the bathroom is very clean. The place is quiet and very good for relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, it's just like you have a family visit🙂 we'll surely miss mother dear there🙂

There's no chair and table inside the room. We just put our bags on the floor and other things.
