Breakfast was good: cereal, toast and tea. Rashni made available to me virtually any of the food in her kitchen.
While I did not mind standing up to eat my breakfast, as I was keen to make an early start on my trips each day, in other circumstances it would be nice to be able to sit at the dining table.

location was ideal for where we needed , lovely family and once we were in and sorted we just came and went as we wanted

Lovely quiet location with no passing traffic. The hosts can’t do enough for you. Very clean with lovely bed linen. Used kitchen to make breakfast and a packed lunch and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating.
We couldn’t fault the property.

The hosts were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
The details were a bit misleading. On the webpage the kitchen looked as though it was just for the guests but was actually the family kitchen and I felt I couldn't cook as much as I planned. The television listed was in the family sitting room and as we felt we couldn't sit in there we spent the evenings in the bedroom with nowhere to sit but on the bed. I'm approaching my 80th birthday and my husband is 83 so we didn't find that very comfortable.

A room in a family home; they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. it was perfect for my needs of arriving one evening and departing the next morning. Definitely recommended for short trips and I’d use again in future.
