This apartment is PERFECT a for a large group, and in such a perfect location. Three friends and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely and well appointed home for five days and were treated to glorious views of Casa Battlo. The location cannot be beat for so many reasons- we felt completely comfortable venturing out at night. And while the streets were teaming with activity, noise and people, all one needed to do was shut the patio doors and it became a tranquil oasis! It really was the best of both worlds. Communication and check in was effortless! The only minor suggestion or room for improvement wouid be that some of the rooms could benefit from a quick paint touch up, but other than that it really was a perfect place for our group while we were there. You won’t be disappointed!

Large, lovely, and light-filled apartment located on the Passeig de Gracia. This apartment is at ground zero of the major shopping district, about halfway between the Plaza Catalunya and Avenida Diagonal. It is close enough to walk to numerous restaurants and neighborhoods, and is within 150 meters of a large metro station with access to multiple lines.
The apartment is nicely furnished and well-appointed. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we enjoyed a dinner with some friends using delicious seafood, meat, and vegetables purchased at the Boqueria Market. It is a little short on counter space, but very well-equipped for a rental kitchen.
The neighborhood is very safe, and the building is quite secure, with a locked outer door and access to the apartment via elevator. There is a doorman present during the week.
The only suggestion i can offer is that the linens and pillows were not up to the standard of the rest of the property, and would benefit from an upgrade.
We loved this property and have already referred some family members and a neighbor to book here. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with the host prior to booking and during the stay. Loved the view from the balcony and how spacious it was. We were visiting as a family of 9 and there was more than enough room for us.

We are frequent travelers and this property is in the perfect area of Barcelona in a luxury building. Huge apartment with enough space for our family and nanny. Do know what you are getting. This is a VRBO not a hotel. I think sometimes people have unrealistic expectations. So it was a clean, huge apartment , with all the amenities in a perfect location. Excellent price! Wonderful check in.

This property is perfectly located in the center of it all!!!! Breathtaking balcony views, steps away from restaurants and shops. Guille, our contact person was fenomenal, great customer service, friendly, hospitable and very helpful with the check in process. He texted me as soon as I got there and met with my party within 45 minutes of our arrival from the airport.
The apartment is rather large, we were a family of 10 and had ample space for all. Well equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t use it) but it had everything one would expect to use in the kitchen!
The only downside of the property was the cleanliness. The pictures show exactly what you will get only that they were probably taken years back, walls need paint, floors need polishing and the number one improvement is the comforters. All comforter were tucked away in closets, clearly had not been washed in a very long time! We could not use them at all. They smelled and were stained.
Hopefully my review will help in improvement for future guest because other then that it truly is a great property on the perfect corner of it all!

If you want to be in the thick of the shopping district with a million dollar view of Gaudi's House of Bones this is the spot for you, especially if you have a large group. There were six of us (three couples) and there was plenty of room to spare. Leaving one of the many balconies to visit the rest of the town was hard because it was just such a great place to be. The pictures do not do the views justice. The hosting team were professional and very accommodating. We had a few special needs and they were very good about making things work for us. One example of this was when one of us fell ill and needed to check-in early. They allowed her to be in bed while the cleaners worked- who was fabulous btw. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher which is a handy bonus. It's truly a place to center your stay around. Great for large groups, great for views, and great value.

Fantastic and huge apartment
we had a wonderful experience with this apartment. The host was responsive and the check in process was very easy. The apartment itself is huge - 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. All very clean. And the views! Glorious!! Location was amazing as well. Right in the center of where you would want to be in Barcelona with tons of restaurants nearby. Metro super easy to use to get around but you can also walk most places. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay we were getting worried about the place being smaller than what the pictures shown because of the amazing location right in the city but it was bigger than expected. A lot of room and the bedrooms were wonderful a lot of nice natural light. I would definitely come back and stay here again, though the people in the building are not very welcoming.

Wonderful stay we were getting worried about the place being smaller than what the pictures shown because of the amazing location right in the city but it was bigger than expected. A lot of room and the bedrooms were wonderful a lot of nice natural light. I would definitely come back and stay here again, though the people in the building are not very welcoming.

What a great space!!!!! So close to El National, the fountain and so much other great nightlife and daytime activities! This is a great location that is easy to find and will for sure keep you in the heart of the city and near to most of the city’s wonderful culture and diverse offerings!! Tyler

The apartment is fully equipped so you do not have to worry about anything. We were cooking at home and the kitchen had everything you could wish for - we loved the big dining table. Location - I really don't know if you can find a better place in Barcelona, the apartment is located on the most beautiful street, Paseo de Gracia. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is quiet inside. The host was always there for us and made our stay unforgettable! Only good memories of this place!

AMAZING PLACE! The apartment is huge, it has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! Certainly the best place to stay for big groups. The interior is great, it makes you feel at home - very cozy. The apartment is fully equipped so you do not have to worry about anything. We were cooking at home and the kitchen had everything you could wish for - we loved the big dining table. We really enjoyed this huge, bright and beautiful apartment. It is located on Paseo de Gracia, which is an amazing place, so we were very central and close to everything. Fabulous location, fun house for your family group
The house was in a great location, just across the road one block from the Goudí Batlló house. Walking distance to many main downtown attractions. The vase of Red and Pink roses was a very nice touch. The place was very clean, and David was great to work with. Would definitely recommend.
