This house was awesome. Spacious, clean, well maintained interior with all the amenities that you'd expect and more. Kitchen has everything you'd need for any meal prep and plenty of dishware/silverware/appliances for the family and guests. Sam is an awesome host and is quick to respond to questions (which I had throughout my stay). Close to the beach (<5 minute drive) and the house is off the main streets so really no traffic noise.

Had to restock a few items that were low or missing upon arrival (paper towels, hand soap, laundry soap.) Not a huge deal and happy to do so as the house was great.

We liked the house very much and that it was really clean and comfortable.

We thought we'd be closer to the beach walking. Also, it was unexpected not to have changing linens on a 4 night stay. Also, the master bed is extremely firm. That becomes uncomfortable after a while. Lastly, not enough towels. Under stocked on items.

The home was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was the Absolute Best!! We'll be looking forward to coming back to this same home again. Both the bar and string lights at the bottom made it so much easier to have fun downstairs!! Overall, the home was a Hot with the family..at the end they were all saying....."Lets Stay Again!!" It was a great stay!!

The Only thing I didn't like was, there were not enough towels and No linen changes for the beds the entire stay. Also, no trash bags. Wasn't as stocked as I was expecting. And the location was a little off.

Home is beautiful, private and very well kept and equipped! The kitchen is stunning, it has all the utensils you could need, and the cabinetry is gorgeous! Sunrise over the ocean can be seen from the huge deck! And the sweetest owners ever!

Home is advertised as “beachfront, walk to beach” this home sits four rows back with dunes in front. No walk over or entrance. The closest beach is an eight minute drive down the street.
