Being able to manage the heat. The fireplace warmed everything up so nice on a windy March day. So wonderful to have the fire!

Room was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable. Location was right off 371, but road noise wasnt noticeable.
Check in was rough - we were supposed to receive an email with a door code, but no email came. I arrived to find there was no property staff on site either, and the phone number re-routed to Tennessee and was "after hours" for them and the recording directed me to call back the next day. My family was waiting in an idling car as I tried unsuccessfully to get a real person on the phone. After no luck after 30 minutes, I resorted to knocking on the door of a neighboring unit, and they said they'd had the same issue. I was able to get the emergency maintenance number and call that guy who then was able to look up my door code. Absentee management unfortunately. And then 30 minutes after that I got an email with my door code despite having booked 6 hours earlier. Lol.

the property was very nice! super clean! greeted with a bottle of wine and cutting board( ALWAYS love it when properties give take home gifts). the place was nicely stocked of every day needed items. very very nice place!
check out 10 am. I hate 10 am check outs. that is way too early. 11 am is reasonable and 12 pm even better. when you can’t check in till 4 pm a later check out should be accommodating that. otherwise have an earlier check in.
