The front desk staff
Very busy and noisy surrounding, no sound proofing, too much disturbance.

We had a pleasant stay here. Surprised to the size of the apartment, very spacious and comfortable for our family, and would be comfortable for four people + 2 kids. Also it is in a great location. I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Riyadh en-route to Taif/Mekah or Madinah to choose this one.

Staff were very cooperative and supportive, especially Abu Aala and Aala, they made us feel good and safe. The property is spotless and tidy and I recommend it.
