Property and location ok but maintenance not ok. No blanket for one room and one room’s door spoil (can’t open from inside)…

This unit is a three storey villa with five bedrooms in a guarded community. A good unit if you are travelling in a big group. The location is a bit far from common facilities but if you drive and with google map you should be able to get to several good locations for goods and services.

Would not recommend this unit for the faint hearts and weak legs. There is only one bedroom with a king size bed on the ground flour and the other four rooms are on the upper floors. However there are mattresses that can be used kept in the storeroom if you do not wish to climb the steep stairs. Must thank for the thoughtfulness of the owner. Bravo!

check in time is 3pm / we arrive there on 5pm. the room was very dirty , no people clean the full house . like after people stay , there just put back the bed covers , never change it . still got a little bit blood there . when you go in the floor was dirty with water & food . no vacuum no mop. after I’m text is agent not the owners . they will not reply you , or I’m call they say after call the cleaner coming but not sure what time . after back on 9pm . still no one come to cleaning . I’m with my family was mop by ourself to cleaning up the room. we still got a baby book before 2week . very upset pay so much around 2k plus but not worth . no ktv . got cockroach’s inside the bathroom & bedroom . the washing’s machine no function. second & third floor no electric, after you text . she replied you open yourself . I’m call around 10 times , they didn’t answer your call . ask for refund . they no replied . pls don’t come and stay . becareful. don’t stay here . not worth . you come happy family trips , you need to go out by cleaning tools . cleaning full house by yourself because cannot refund . wasted !!!
