Quiet, safe and private location. Cosy and clean apartment equipped with all you need for an independent vacation, i.e. 2x Airco, comfy double bed, large wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, Safe AND washing machine (very helpful; $3 per use). Our friendly dog was also very welcome!! Very good Sushi Bar (Nikkei) and also some smaller/bigger supermarkets nearby. Dunkin Donuts for breakfast and Ramada Columbiana maybe for lunch around the corner. Distance to Eagle Beach approx. 9 minutes by car (ca. 4,5 km / 2,8 mi). By driving Bubali (Road) try also Yami Yami Restaurant (also for take out). On Eagle Beach look for the white trailer across Chalet Suisse Restaurant for local lunch!

The apparment has everything you will need from coolbox, beachchairs and basic necessities. Its in a great neighbourhood with plenty of places nearby

L'appartamento è molto funzionale e ubicato in posizione strategica.
Paolo e sua moglie sono molto disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Aconchegante , apartamento completo com toalhas , roupa de cama, cozinha equipada. Tem ar condicionado na cozinha e no quarto! Banheiro grande.

Todo me gustó, el apartamento muy limpio, la cocina muy dotada para preparar los alimentos, la habitación amplia, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, la zona muy tranquila y segura, el Señor Paolo y su esposa Tina excelentes personas, muy amables, serviciales, se esmeran mucho para que la estadía de los huéspedes sea la mejor, recomiendo este apartamento ampliamente, sin duda volvería aquí😊

The owner of the property is a nice person, explained everything when we arrived. The house is very practical for 2 people. Close distance to eagle beach by car (just a few minutes away). The big plus is the washing machine outside so we managed to do our laundry. Nice and calm area.

Modern spacious and quiet unit, comfortable bed, and clean shower. Friendly host and responsive to questions. I didn't have time to cook while I was there, but the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It's also very convenient (if you have a car), close to restaurants, tourist attractions, and markets.

Very clean and quiet units(2 units) in a residential area. Has a blender, toaster, electrical kettle, microwave oven and stove top, so suitable for people who like to prepare own meal. 3 grocery stores, 3 snack place and 3 restaurants are within walking distance. Very stable hot water supply for shower. AC in bed room and dining/kitchen helps to keep the comfortable temperature. They also provided beach chair(very important as Aruba is very windy and laying down on beach is not comfortable with blowing sands), beach towels. Need to share with the other unit, but they have washing machine.(charging 3USD per use)
This is not dislike, but you will definitely need a car. Most of the tourist attraction is within 10 to 15 minutes driving from Luca apartment 5H. Parking is free everywhere except the downtown portion of Oranjestad. Lots of good local car rental so please shop around. We used Tropic Car Rental.

I liked the nice compact apartment, with a comfortable bed in the bedroom. a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area and a well-lit bathroom with a shower stall. I also liked that there was an Airconditioning unit in both the bedroom and the dining area. I liked that there was hot water for use in the apartment.
I did not like that Paolo forgot the all-important letter "H" after the number from the address which made it a bit challenging to find the apartment.

Host was already waiting for us upon arrival. Accommodation was new and is situated in a quiet area in Noord

The appartment is very modern and clean. There is a separate entrance. The bed is nice and big, same as the kitchen. There is even a room for your luggage! There is hot water which is rare for Aruba. The man who showed us around was lovely. Definitely worth it for this amount of money
We could not watch tv because it was not connected to the internet
You do need a car as transportation because it is still a 10 minute drive to Palm Beach.
